Ok, so I don't usually write reviews. However, when you find a company and a person, who goes above and beyond your expectations you have to give them credit. Lance, was professional and very knowledgeable from beginning to end. The prices are great compared to other places, and he will literally work from sun up to sun down, until everything is the way you like it.

My Central AC unit died during 90 degree temps. I called Lance and set up an appointment for him to come out. He explained everything he needed to do and did not leave until I had air. He replaced by old unit and the new one is working like a charm. He was very professional and worked efficiently. He turned what would have normally been an overwhelming experience into a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend him for any Heating and Cooling needs.

Amazing! Took the time to answer the phone late at night during the second biggest snow storm of the season and respond to our serious broken furnace situation that nearly caused a house fire. After the fire department left, Owens inspected and safely secured the remainder of the furnace, assured us we were safe, and made a commitment to install a new furnace at a very reasonable price within 24 hours so that we didn't have to endure the frigid temperatures for long. They delivered on their promise and removed our 50 year old solid metal, belt driven original Luxair... replacing it with a reputable new furnace... They did this on a Saturday morning and stayed until 9 pm to make certain the job was done right. They are the real deal... prompt, professional and trustworthy.

Answered really promptly and gave me a quick estimate. Was able to get to me within 2 hours, diagnose and fix the problem with my furnace. He was also able to install my new smart thermostat as it required extra steps so I couldn’t do it myself.

The price was very reasonable and he even have some quick tips on how to extend the life cycle of my old furnace. Will definitely call for any further issues that may arise in the future.

Lance kept me updated via text and phone leading up to his arrival at my home. I appreciate this work ethic being a business owner myself because I have schedule changes too. He assessed the problem with my fireplace and was able to repair it pretty fast. I’m very pleased with the quality of his work and excited to now use my fireplace this winter on those chilly nights. I called for an appointment to get furnace serviced, ended up needing a new furnace. My original appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, by Friday my new furnace and thermostat were installed and working great. Lance was wonderful to work with. He was professional, timely and communicative. Prices were very fair. I would recommend Owens (and Lance) to anyone and will only call them for future needs.

Lance was so quick to fix my AC during 95 -100 degree temps outside. He was easy to communicate with and fixed my AC so fast! He's honest and straight to the point. Highly recommend! I trust his expertise and will use his business in the future.

I have often heard of the mysterious 'guy' who everyone but me seems to know. It takes one call, they show up, and fix the problem for a reasonable amount.

Lance Owens is that guy. He showed up same-day on a Saturday, diagnosed my problem, provided me options, and came back on Monday once he could get the equipment. He is kind, professional, informative, and communicative, and to top it off, a local, small business owner. Even though HVAC issues can be things of nightmares, I'm not going to worry anymore. I've got a guy.
