My yard has never looked this good..if you know me I’m a complete freak about my yard. I have had two different company’s trying to thicken and green up my yard. With no good results. I thought I would give David Kay, owner of Kas Lawn solutions a try, well it’s only been 3 months and I can definitely tell he is on the right path. It is much greener and looking thicker already. I’m excited to see continuing good results next year...

Purchased a home last year and the yard was full of glovers, crabgrass, and other weeds. Signed up with KAS lawns at the beginning of spring last year and by mid summer last year it was night and day difference. This year I must say it’s the nicest grass in the subdivision. The yard pest spray helped much with the mosquitoes last year and I still haven’t seen a tick or flea on my lab.

KAS leveled the stone, redistributed the high and low spots of gravel, took out all bumps and potholes…all without any additional stone! What a great experience to have a contractor meet and exceed all my expectations!

Very professional and better than expected response time. We were notified ahead of time with a time window on our treatments, and sent a link to pay online after service. There was no hard sell or pushy phone calls, and I love how the plan was custom made for what our lawn needed. It takes a lot to impress me, or to exceed my expectations, but KAS has done it!! Dave took care of my driveway last year and it been a lot of years since it had been any attention to it. He brought it back almost new adding more gravel this year so I will have him back.

He also started treating our lawn up near our house. We have 5 acres with about an acre being treated. The lawn is starting to look Many years with no success. But it’s looking pretty good now.

They completely renewed my gravel driveway, results are better than expected, the drive is well compacted and all my pot holes are gone. I had 40 tons of stone added last summer and this has done a far better job on the drive. I will not be adding stone again and will use this service instead. Very happy

KAS lawn solutions came to my rescue!! They came out and talked about what we needed to do and we started fixing the soil and getting more nutrients in the ground. I had been using a different company that would never show up and you wouldn't see any results after applications. KAS knocked out of the park! On time, knowledgeable, respectful, and not pushy. KAS lawn solutions figured out what my yard needed and customized a treatment to get the yard going again. Attached pictures are before and after. The after was only after 1 treatment! 2nd treatment was applied day before "after" picture. I highly recommend KAS lawn suctions for all of your lawn needs!! Tried KAS last fall after trying the usual local companies that promised results but seldom deliver. After a 1:1 approach KAS put together a customized approach for my lawn, not a one size fits all like most others and my lawn has never looked greener. Great customer service, Great results.
