We had a great experience with Tim! Our furnace (that is only 14 months old and under warranty) had been leaking water when the AC is on. One technician came out a week ago but the problem persisted. Tim came in and unclogged the drain pipe right away, fixing the issue within 5 minutes. He also showed us how to clean it out regularly and gave us some other helpful tips. The best part was, he worked around OUR schedule and came out when we were home and available. He was extremely personable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very professional, great customer service from answering the phones to setting up my appointment. They gave me a courtesy call when the service technician was on their way. After my repair my a/c worked great!! They also left me a quote for replacement. No pressure for sales!! I decided to replace my system, they credited my repair towards my new system!!! The install was flawless, professional!! Very happy with the whole process!!! I would recommend Mastercraft Heating & Cooling!! Thank you Mastercraft!!

We had a new furnace, air cleaner, humidifier and A/C installed. Everyone from the first technician that came out to look at our old unit to the entire installation crew were professional, polite and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Mastercraft for your home heating and A/C installation and maintenance.

Tidy timely and great craftsmanship. My washer receptacle went from a sparking fire hazard to safe and ready to work.

Excellent service. The technician Oscar Castillo was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem the same day.

We had a new switch and wiring for a ceiling fan added in our living room. Clay and David worked very well together & both of them were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely use them again!

Really outstanding installation of my new furnace and air conditioning! The service was excellent and the employees cleaned up the discarded furnance and air conditioner equipment well and took pictures of their newly installed work and also showed a video of how to properly change the filter.! Awesome job!

You don’t find people that care about the customer and what they do now a days. We had Bobby come and figure out why our furnace would not kick in this am. He was very easy to understand and fixed a minor problem we can deal with in the future. He came as promised and called when on the way so all was easy and fixed.

We had a new Trane furnace installed by Tre and his partner TJ, both men were very polite showed up when they said they would finished the job the same day, helped us with setting up thermostat on our phones & had everything cleaned up when they left. Also want to give a shout out to Dave who inspected our furnace the day before

Very satisfied with Mastercraft. We asked them to replace the humidifier on our furnace. Pricing was fair and Kyle, with ten years experience, was right on time, courteous, professional, and did an expert installation.
