Jeff Puwal answered the phone when nobody else in the area would. I had an emergency plumbing issue for a construction project I was on and he came out the same day(within two hours) to evaluate the situation and was able to start repairs the next morning. His repair was above and beyond. They cored through a wall instead of smashing through it. Jobsite was left spotless. Very professional and clean. Thanks guys!

We first worked with Puwals Plumbing Solutions LLC because Easy Water hired them to install our Easy Water system, we did not choose them directly. Two young guys came out for the install. They were polite and worked hard, but the finished work felt about 90% complete instead of truly professional. The biggest example was the drain tube setup, it was a haphazard duct tape job aimed toward the sump that honestly looked pretty nasty. There were also a couple other details left in a “good enough” state. I also asked them to replace an old valve on the water tank and that did not get done.

During that visit they told us our water pressure tank was bad and recommended replacement. I asked for a proposal, but it took weeks and a follow up call to finally receive it. We scheduled the install, it was expensive, but I wanted it handled. Then they did not show up. When I called the owner, he said he lost his phone and his schedule was messed up. He apologized and rescheduled for the next Friday, which meant I had to stay home from work a second time.

The second visit was done by an older technician who was polite and did most of the work well. However, there’s an issue with the service valves on the bottom of our tankless water heater being installed upside down, which prevents you from flushing the heater properly like you’re supposed to. When we first raised this, the owner kept insisting they weren’t installed upside down and said we probably needed different valves. But when his technician actually looked, he confirmed they were installed upside down, and even kind of chuckled like it was a known issue.

The technician also found one valve was cracked and said new valves should be ordered before flipping anything, so we wouldn’t risk being without hot water. After that, communication went downhill. We waited about two weeks with no update, and when we called, the owner seemed unaware of the situation. He also flip flopped on whether the valves were ordered or not, which made it hard to trust that it was being handled. It honestly felt like the job was “too small” for them to bother finishing. For comparison, we called another plumber and they said they could order the parts and have them overnight.

Overall, the techs were courteous, but between the haphazard workmanship, slow follow up, a no show appointment, and the runaround on getting the valve issue resolved, this was a frustrating experience.
