I received quotes from 3 different companies. Briarwood was the lowest and yet they had a 5 year warranty on labor --- everyone else was 1 year. The installers could not have been any nicer and more professional. Afterwards they went over all of the changes that had made with me. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

My ac stopped working on a Sunday with 95 degree temps. I called Briarwood first thing on Monday and they were able to get me a service appointment in the afternoon.
Excellent communication with text updates all morning. Steven arrived around 1pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the failed part, and the ac was up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. Cost was quite reasonable.
Briarwood will now be my go-to for any heating and cooling issues. Highly recommended!

Kyle and Ian were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They completely set up, installed and cleaned up with no involvement from us. The entire process was painless and they were a pleasure to have around. I would recommend this company to anyone for their heating/cooling needs.

We had a 30 year old rooftop commercial ac unit that needed to be replaced at our office. Briarwood gave us a better deal than their competitors, and Kyle and Ethan did a great job getting the ac installed in sweltering heat. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to Briarwood and our techs Cord and Ethan for outstanding service today! From the time I called to a completed repair was just under an hour and a half. They inspected the AC system and quickly found the problem, checked to make sure there were no other issues, and then did the repair. AC was back pumping out cool air in no time. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and great representatives of the company. I highly recommend Briarwood. Thank you!

Kyle and Ethan did an excellent HVAC home installation. Arrived when promised. Completed work in less than a day. Very professional and polite. Their experience and skill were evident throughout the installation process. Very pleased with Briarwood Heating and Cooling.

Asked them to give me a quote for a boiler that wasn't working based on another company's feedback. They proceeded to actually diagnose the issue and I was able to repair it. Fantastic service.

My water heater broke after 26 years from these guys, called them up and next day they got me setup the next day and they did a wonderful job. Absolutely worth.

Furnace went out on the coldest day of the year! Luke arrived on-time, carefully and accurately diagnosed the problem, which was a defective circuit board, and got everything up and running! Polite, courteous, and explained everything as he worked! All of this for a very fair cost! I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else!

Brian came out and was very punctual. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem in the same visit. Additionally, he walked us through what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again.

Excellent work and professionalism. Steven came out today to help fix our A/C. He was very helpful and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue quickly. The price was reasonable. Thank you so much!!

This is just The Best Company in the world. I have had this company for years now and NEVER have I been disappointed .
I highly recommend this Company. All their techs , especially Steven, is so professional and check everything on my boiler. Gives me a total piece of mind.

We had a next-day appointment and Luke came out and repaired our furnace. He diagnosed and repaired it quickly and now we have heat. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem immediately. Thanks very much!

Very nice installation! My house is warm now the coldest /coolest room is now nice and warm! Briarwood will doing my hot water next for me!

Luke did a great job on the annual furnace check up. He cleaned and vacuumed the furnace. He also checked the humidifier and changed the filter. Overall. Luke did a through maintenance check. I highly recommend using Briarwood for your heating and cooling needs.

Briarwood was amazing! They were able to get here quickly to replace my water heater, on top of it they plumbed in my drip tray that I was too lazy to originally do! Fast, courteous, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I’m so appreciative of them! MIke and Ethan rocked!

Luke showed quickly after I made the appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the furnace and made some adjustments and had everything running again in less than an hour.
