Jack was very responsive (came out same day), communicative (he kept me updated on his ETA), was very patient and kind, and super knowledgeable in his field. He explained the issue, provided an estimate, and had our A/C up and running within an hour. Highly recommend Jack and his work! Definitely will use again! Thank you, Jack!

I called five HVAC companies. Out of the five companies, HVAC Jack had the cheapest fee for a furnace inspection (cheapest diagnostic fee). And HVAC Jack also had the cheapest fee for a furnace tune-up.

Jack fixed my furnace (it needed two new parts), did a furnace tune-up, got my gas fireplace working, and installed a new thermostat. Jack is incredibly kind, and he gave me a break on the total cost. I’m so happy that I found HVAC Jack.

Called a couple of places for a quote on a new furnace because ours broke down and needed to be replaced. Jack came out right away for estimate and best price. He was able to answer most of our questions which helped us choose the right furnace for us. He scheduled us right away and did a very good job. Would definitely be calling him for any maintainance or issues on our furnace or airconditioner.

Jack got right to work upon arrival and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issues I was having with my 1999 Bryant furnace within about 15 minutes and didn’t give me any run around. He guaranteed his work when he left and my furnace has been running beautifully since!

Furnace issues are never fun. At 10pm on a Friday night our house had a foul electrical odor filling it. After determining it was coming from the furnace we instantly shut it off. We called Jack at 10:30 pm. He discussed strategies and agreed to come out first thing Saturday morning after the supply house opens. He was at our house at 8am. He was professional and listened to our concerns. After going through the different options, we decided to get a new furnace. Jack had the new unit installed and came back a day later to finish the remainder of the work. It was so cold without any heat, we are so grateful for him going the extra mile to get us back on track. He is knowledgeable, kind and a polite young man. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Jack again.

Jack was very professional. He verified the appointment the day before. He called when he was on his way and was on time. Jack explained everything he checked and replaced the hose on my humidifier. He showed me an area that was a concern but didn't pressure me. Did a follow up to provide an estimate to address the issue. It was a positive experience.

630pm Thursday night we realize our furnace is not on and the house is very cold. We found HVAC Jack online and called him. Jack was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed that our motor had seized up and we needed a new one. Lennox doesn’t have after hours service, so he said Friday morning first thing he would find a motor for us. At 735am Friday, he called and found one, came back and installed. We had heat again shortly after, great experience. Nice guy, great service, great price!!!
