Great, efficient service for a reasonable price. He came same day and had the smarts to have the part in his truck knowing it is a common issue with refrigerators. Paul was a really nice guy and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Paul today that I feel compelled to leave a feedback. I almost didn't leave a message to try to set up a service call because his voice mail box said he was swamped today, but I'm so glad I did. Not only did a I promptly get a call back, but much to my amazement, he was able to make it out within a few hours. He showed up when he said he would, took my entire dryer apart, carefully cleaned it, re-assembled it, and most importantly, fixed the burning smell problem it was having. He could have charged me a lot more but charged me quite modestly in my opinion. He's a nice guy, knows his stuff, and just the person you hope you're fortunate enough to find when something goes wrong with an appliance. THANK YOU!

Paul was great! He immediately knew the problem with my gas dryer. Fixed within minutes and even taught me a few things. Came the same day that I called for service. Excellent price for the repair as well! Definitely recommend. Thanks Paul.

If you have a problem with a gas dryer, Paul is your man. I called him this morning. He came this afternoon and immediately diagnosed the issue. He happened to have the replacement part in his vehicle. He charged me $25 for the part plus the service call charge. He was here for about 40 minutes, and a part of that was just chatting about life. I am quite pleased.

My dryer died in the middle of drying bedding for my daughter who is recovering from brain surgery so I was in a panic. Paul was at my house within an hour of getting my call, fixed the issue in 20 minutes and his fee was more than reasonable. He was very personable, patient, and kind to my 4 year old who had 80 million questions. I’d absolutely call him again and recommend him to friends and family!

We have used him for years. He has been honest with us and very helpful in many situations. Today called and he called me back right away. He was out in 30 mins and fixed with in an hour.

We have been using Paul for 25 years. He's fair, reputable and always honest in everything he does! We love him!!!

Unfortunately Paul attempted to fix my refrigerator and when it continued with the same issue (after repair) he has refused to return my texts and calls.
We consulted another Appliance service- we need a new refrigerator- it's 15 years old appliance and cheaper to buy a new one that keep throwing money into it-

Do not bother giving this guy a call for your repair needs. Left two messages and he would not return the calls. Even if a business is too busy, it is the courteous thing to do to kindly reply. He had done work for us in the past but I guess he did not want our future business.

Very bad experience with this man! Showed up for the service check and he said he needed to order some parts; then, he never answered or returned the phone again!!! Called him multiple times but never heard back. He quickly cashed the service check but our refrigerator was never fixed!! I guess he did not know how to fix the problem but just used "ordering parts" as an excuse and then got the service cash and then disappeared! Absolutely a liar!

Made an appointment and said he would show up at noon. He never showed up, called and left a message. I called the next day and he said "your brother" and hung up. I called back and he said i can't provide service and hung up. I called my brother and he said about 8 years ago he tried to fix his refrigerator and didn't seem to know what he was doing so it was never fixed.

If he wanted to be petty about a disagreement with my brother years ago, then at least call, cancel and explain. I'm not my brother. Very unprofessional and small.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called him for two weeks initially before he ever picked up- even though I left multiple messages, he never once called me back. Once I did speak to him, he was able to come over promptly. He told us what was wrong but that the part was on back order and it would be two weeks. He cashed my service check, and four weeks later- still hadn’t heard from him. Again, called him multiple times and when he finally picked up, he had no idea who I was or what he had done for us. He again said he would look into the part and call back, he never did! It has now been over two months and he will not return phone calls. I would advice against using him.

He replaced the computer board. I no longer had preload, rinse or cold water. He would not answer my phone calls. Be careful using him.
