Great experience getting our water heater flushed by Kane. He even saved us some money!

They were able to get me in at the last minute as a situation occurred from another contractors service.

So HAPPY with our service! We were out of state for a cpl months, came home to a huge mess with a soaked basement, carpet, eell...not fun! All due to a broken ejector pump. A friend knowledgeable to the plumbing business, recommended "Blakeslee and Son", stated they were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and don't work on commissions like many of the other local places. He was right! From the moment I called we were treated wonderfully. "Briant" came out the next day, explained everything, even gave us options on some other little plumbing items we had questions about in our basement. The wonderful lady who answers their phone was super friendly and caring through this whole process! She worked with our Inc company by answering their questions directly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We were given a quote and agreed to it, they returned a day later and replaced our pump. There were a few hiccups for our pump is an older one...Briant had to leave and come back, no extra fees and he kept an uplifting positive vibe through it all. He was wonderful at explaining stuff to us and treated us like family, not just "another customer".

It's hard to know who to trust, who is honest etc. We were absolutely 100 % impressed by the friendly and professional service we received! Live in Greenville, this is the place we will always use if ever a need arises! Thank you Blakeslee and Son!

We called because our water heater had water over the area and an adjoining bathroom. We apologize for not remembering the man's name that came on the 16th, but he was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and would order the part the next day. On the 17th Hayden came and installed the needed part. He was also kind, knowledgeable and professional. Both men were the best. You are very lucky to have such wonderful employees working for you. Water heater quit working. Technician arrived within 2 hours of calling. Plumber, Brady, was great. He answered all my questions, figured out what was wrong and was able to fix it without replacing the whole unit. He also checked out the plumbing/pipes to ensure everything working properly.

Luke was great. He was on time and efficient and very personable. Highly recommend

Brad showed up early, was able to source parts same day, and had my furnace running again on coldest day of winter so far.
