Mike came out today because my furnace quit working abruptly this morning. It got chilly in here! But, it was found that the ignitor/flame sensor was bad. He went to pick up a new one and had it up and running again within an hour and a half of showing up. Thanks Mike, for your quick and attentive service!

These guys are are the best. Every time I have needed their help they arrived fast and got the job done quickly. I have had them replace a water heater, install a new AC unit and tune up the furnace. Would highly recommend.

Responded promptly after i called. Very transparent of all the charges that might be applicable before the technician was sent. Asked my permission to share my phone number with the technician
The technician gave me accurate estimate of when he would arrive. He identified the problem, gave a comprehensive quote, obtained the part outside of normal business hours, made the repair. 3 1/2 hours after we first called on a Friday night we had a working furnace. Very pleasant young man.

We called on Turning Point again for an air conditioning issue. They responded promptly and fixed the problem promptly at a reasonable charge

In case you are wondering whether you can depend on their warranty, let me assure you that you can.

This company was great!!! They were very prompt and super friendly. They were very knowledgeable and we’re able to install the water heater the same day. One thing I personally appreciated was them wearing shoe coverings. We will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend

If I could rate 1000 stars I would! Our condenser unit broke on Sunday when summer was still in full effect. I contacted Turning Point and got a text back right away. Our original diagnostic appointment was for Tuesday, but Mike came over on Monday after finishing another job early. Now, it’s just after 11:00am on Tuesday and we have a new unit installed. I can’t speak highly enough of Travis and Mike! Thank you for all of your help, knowledge and best of all AIR CONDITIONING!

Mike and Trevor did a great job.Installed a new furnace,hot water heater,AC and ran all the pipes for my dryer and stove. Excellent workmanship!! Very friendly,knowledgeable. Did all under budget. Would definitely recommend!!
