I called a total of 5 different servicers to get a quote to due routine maintenance and cleaning of my furnace and AC units. 2 never answered the phone, and 2 were willing to book me at $200 dollars or more. I called Critical Heating & Cooling and Ms. Toni was no BS on why I should wait to service my AC and thoroughly explained why but did say they would be able to service my furnace for a fraction of the price I was quoted from other commercial servicers AND!!!!! Critical Heating and Cooling integrity would not allow them to book me for services that would likely harm my system over time. That alone spoke volumes! A week later my water heater decided to give out. I called John to come take a look and he quoted me a reasonable price if I was able to buy my own water heater. Within a few hours I had a new water heater installed and the old one carried away. Both times John came to my home, was professional, very easy to work with and was thorough with services. 10 out of 10, will be referral Critical Heating & Cooling and I definitely will work with Critical Heating & Cooling again

After coming in late from a trip my furnace was misbehaving, After contemplating who to call, I remember that I was referred to Critical heating by James of Ground up Repairs! I called Critical heating and they came out the same day!! (It was 8 degrees this morning here in Michigan and I figured all heating companies would be swamped) But Critical showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on hand and gave me an affordable price on parts and labor!! (I'm looking to upgrade my thermostat to a smart home device, and will be giving them a call!!)

John has been taking care of our boiler and air conditioner since he replaced the air system in the attic on a very hot day about ten years ago. He did the job for less than half the quoted price from those red truck people. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. Responsive.

I've known Critical Heating & Cooling and it's President/Owner Jon professionally for more than 13 years now, and they have always come through for me, and got my furnaces, Air Conditioners, and even Hot Water tanks fixed for me when I was in a pinch and needed some one to count one Jon and his Critical Heating Team came through for me. To make things even better, Jon and his team were honest, reasonable with their pricing, and straight forward in their work. Jon and his crew installed a few new furnaces for me, and it did not break the bank, and the furnaces and Central Air Conditioners, have been working for years now, with out the slightest problem.
