I was referred by a family member. I called the office and left a message. My call was returned promptly and within an hour my drain was cleared by Jeremy who was professional and courteous.

Tommy is a great guy and goes above and beyond for his customers. One of the only companies that doesn't try to rob you when they send a tech out

very happy with them.They didnt overcharge me like another major company did. Jeremy was fast and i was able to get back to my day in no time. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

They gave me a four hour window and actually came out within the first 30 mins of my appointment. He did the job very fast and it was inexpensive.

Called on Thursday, sked for Friday. Jeremy called, said arriving in15 minutes and was on time. He worked one cleanout and then we discovered a second one which ended up being the culprit. All done within a hour. THANK YOU JEREMY!! Job well done!

I am very happy with G&C. They came to clear a main sewer line last year, and I have had no issues since. I will call them again and again. I have used other companies without the same outcome. THANK YOU G&C.

Excavated lawn, replaced service line, quoted great price, stuck to quote. Finished job on time. Great communication. Camera'd the line afterwards and recorded on USB which I found to be extremely useful. Overall great experience despite the frustration associated with a tree root compromised service line. Rock on.

I made a call this morning around 10:30 AM. My call was returned by 10:35 Am and sch an emergency service man to come out and snake our line. The worker was here by 11:30 AM and service was done and complete by 12:00 PM. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you for putting your customers first. I will recommend to any one i know.

They were out super fast (only 90 mins to get to me). Josh was great. He was honest and answered all my questions. He even recommended maintenance products. Great, fast service.

I needed both my bathroom sink & tub snaked, I have had nothing but bad service from other companies. I am so happy with G&C they were friendly, with fast response time, clean, professional, arrived on time, good rates and 30 day guarentee on the work~ I didn't think it was possible! WoW, wish I had found them earlier. I will definately recommend to all my friends needing similiar service. I will also be switching to them for my sewer lines that are done yearly.

This company is AMAZING!! Showed up within an hour to help us when our basement drain was backing up. Very professional, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced!

Update from two years later. Problem solved! The owner and his little dog saved me Ten Grand! I had five different plumbers wanting to tear up my property in five different places and then "go from there!" I can't even remember the guys name at this company because it's been so long since my problem was fixed for a hundred and fifty bucks, you forget the people , but after following his easy rational advice/maintenance cure regarding a tree(removed) root infestation my system is 100% to date. Thank you sir!

We've used G&C for a few years now to clear the tree roots from our sewer drain. Always when we waited too long and have another sudden back-up. They've responded quickly and cleared up our problem every time. In fact, it's that time again right now and I know they'll handle it.

Called and they were at my house within a half hour. Had everything taken care within an hour and a half. Cheapest place around. Only place I'll ever recommend to family and friends.

Tom came out to my house a couple of times and helped me with some plumbing issues he was honest and didn’t try to scam me!! He helped me fix the issue and is super nice guy!!!

I don't usually give reviews but these guys are amazing. When I first checked their reviews and seen everyone giving them 5 stars I thought it was fake. But after today I know the reviews are real. I had two Companies come out in the past for my floor drain flooding in my laundry room and they wasted my money and time and couldn't fix the clog. It only took these guys 30 mins to snake the drain and find the issue. If you need honest plumbers these are you guys.

My husband and I just moved to St Clair Shores and now we have some peace of mind knowing our drains are in good hands with G & C. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice, were very fast, clean, and professional along with walking us through the whole process as he worked. We're 2 very happy customers!
