We had an issue and a friend recommended we call Comfort Zone based on their recent experience. We called mid afternoon and got an immediate response. A few hours later Frank was at our home and he was a pleasure to deal with. Frank was friendly, honest, and very helpful providing advice based on his experience. He quickly fixed our issue and we were back up and running. I would recommend Comfort Zone and their team to anyone.

Everyone I dealt with at Comfort Zone was seriously so great. I'm total a spaz when I make phone calls, always nervous, no idea why. But the woman who took my call was so sweet, and super patient while I over explained dumb things and under explained the important ones. 🙈
Frank came out to diagnose my boiler, showed up on-time, and I got a call ahead of time to let me know he was headed my way, just like the nice women on the phone promised. I can't even tell you how many times I've had companies say they do that, and then it just doesn't happen. Seems like a small thing, but I really appreciate it. Frank was so nice, gave me different options for what they could do to get my heat up and running, and while I did end up picking the more expensive one because I believe he was right about it being the better plan, there was no pressure. I didn't feel obligated or like he was going to be rude if I hadn't. I've had that happen before with other kinds of service calls too, so again, this experience was really great, especially in comparison.
Mill then came the next day to fix my boiler and thermostat. They did totally offer same day service, but this way just worked better for my schedule.
Just like Frank, Mill was also just so nice. I have a dog and a cat, he was great with both of them. My dog is a breed that a lot of people seem to balk at, she's super sweet and has more anxiety than I do, but her appearance sometimes scares people. Both of the guys were great with her being there, so that's a big plus in my book.
As far as the actual work goes, he got everything done quickly, & I was able to continue to work from home without any issues while he was here. He didn't complain at all about having to shift things around to get to the areas he needed to work & even removed a shelf that's been there since before I i bought the house. (& apparently should never have been there in the first place for safety reasons.)
Overall the entire experience was totally painless. Everyone I interacted with was super personable and friendly. I can't really imagine this service call going any better than it did. This is coming from an anxiety-ridden spaz who hates having strangers in her house, so I feel like coming from me, it's like extra high praise. 😉

I recently had the pleasure of working with Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling for an HVAC installation and service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From start to finish, Mill was extremely professional & possessed an extraordinary depth of knowledge.

The customer service team was friendly and responsive. I had a few questions before scheduling, and they took the time to explain my options and guide me through the process, which made everything so much easier.

The technicians arrived on time and got right to work. They were incredibly thorough in explaining what needed to be done and would not leave until the problem was fixed. Our new system is working beautifully and is performing exceptionally well.

I am extremely pleased with Comfort Zone, from scheduling, price, service, quality of staff, and results. Zach has been to my house multiple times for annual furnace inspection, and today to replace my humidifier on my furnace. He did an excellent job and explained what he did and how to maintain. I’ve the summer I had the team install a new AC unit and I was very happy with the service and price. Hands down great company and service. They’re definitely my go-to company.

They just worked on my furnace blower motor replacement. Mill did great job on this. Since their work is professional and reliable, I requested water tank replacement too. Mill and Dalian did great job on that too. I highly recommend for their work being honest, reliable, and professional.

Comfort Zone installed a new A/C and furnace for me in May and did a great job. They found some wiring that was an issue and stayed the extra 2 hours to finish the job properly, at no cost to me. Recently after a power outage I was having issues with my furnace and when Mill came out he resolved the issue very quickly. So quickly they didn’t even charge me for the visit. Absolutely would recommend Comfort Zone for any A/C or furnace work. Hats off to Mill for doing great work.

I had an issue where furnace was short cycling at times. Had multiple different companies come look at it, no one could fix it. Thankfully Comfort Zone fixed it!
Mil was persistent and worked on it like a bulldog. Thank you so much for your persistence to fix the problem.

Frank was on call when our furnace stopped working - it was pretty cold outside. He came very quickly, explained everything he was doing, taught me about my furnace, identified and fixed the problem, and pointed out a few other things that needed upgrading. I’m planning to use this company again in the future to do more extensive work on my furnace and humidifier as well as have them clean our ducts.

I wanted to thank Mill for coming over early to fix my furnace! He was very personable and got the work done in about 30 minutes! My house was a crisp 54 degrees while it's 19 degrees outside. I was worried about my pipes and keeping my dog warm, and now I don't have to because I have heat again 😁 Also thank you guys for taking my call early in the morning!

Had a water heater leak and called Comfort Zone since they had done a great job on our A/C unit. They arrived within 2hrs to replace the water heater and update the system. Dalian and Mill were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a recent experience with Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling that I wanted to share. During the recent heat wave in Royal Oak, my AC unit went down unexpectedly. I called Comfort Zone and they were able to send a technician, Frank, to my house on short notice.

Frank was fantastic - he was very friendly and helpful, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with my AC. He also took the time to provide me with some tips and tricks for AC maintenance to help prevent future issues. I was really impressed with the level of service.

Comfort Zone made sure I had heat before a cold snap weekend after my furnace gave out. Mill and Frank were on top of it and saved the day.

Our AC stopped working on a 95 degree day and in the evening. My husband was able to speak to someone that night and get an appointment made for the next day. They came in the timeframe quoted and were very quick at fixing our unit. Would recommend when you need help outside of regular working hours!

We received wonderful and quick care! They were able to fit us in within hours of calling and had our AC running within 30 mins of their arrival. Mills was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. We really appreciate their efforts on a hot day!

We just had an HVAC & furnace installed with the able assistance of Mill Gorkes, Dalian Matti and the rest of the team. I applaud their professionalism and attention to detail. They were very efficient and made sure the process went very smoothly. They also took extra time to explain the steps involved with the installation and the post-care. A/C unit stopped working. HVAC tech Zach found the issue quickly and replaced the dual run capacitor. Great service, quick, and on time. AC runs great again. Would recommend

Very professional work, our tech was Mill, and he was very good to work with didn't try a push the sale on us gave us options, we were able to get financed and Frank was our HVAC specialist who oversaw the instalation of our unit, walked me through everything once they had completed the job. Very happy with the company and would recommend them highly.

I've been working with Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling for a number of years now. I am extremely pleased with the furnace and A/C they installed for me. The level of customer support is 2nd to none. They come out and inspect the equipment with the season change like clock work. Mill is meticulous in his pursuit to ensure my equipment is operating at peak performance. He is so very personable and spends as much time as needed making sure I understand the maintenance needs as well as introducing new enhancements available...without the sales hard press. Based on his expertise, he will make recommendations but does not pressure me.
I am very satisfied with this company and its people. I won't be looking anywhere else for heating and cooling needs.
