Chase is the best. He cleared our our plugged toilet in no time. We would definitely call Gill Plumbing again if need be.

Had Justin and Evan out to do a water backup and a better sump pump install. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and did some great work. Appreciate all involved, including our estimator, Ignacio, who was honest with his opinions and options as we discussed how to improve our sump situation.

Our original tech, Chase, was on time, quick, and informative. I think we got an honest opinion on the work we called him out about, and these days that can be hard to find.

Austin was personable and friendly. He was able to get a difficult faucet off from the kitchen and replaced it with a new one that we purchased. We are very thankful.

Chase arrived early as we requested. He was very polite, professional, and capable. Next time we use Gill, we will ask for him again!

Had a major gas leak and had to have the gas shut off and all lines replaced. Ignacio and his crew were awesome, they came in and inspected everything, and said they would have it completed the next day! Excellent service!

We had a clogged pipe and water coming into our basement because of it. Marcus took his time to remove the clog and roots which were preventing our pipes from draining. He was professional and very helpful! Thank You!

Gill plumbing did an outstanding job. Great experience from the time the project manager came out until the last technician left. They were professional, well mannered, very good communication and the technicians all had excellent knowledge of what they were doing. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work area clean and even vacuumed and mopped up one last time before they left. I will definitely be keeping their number for future work.

Ignacio thoroughly examined my drainage issue. After he determined the issue he explained the issue so I could understand and presented multiple different repair options. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Found out I had a leak from very old toilet. I was able to get a prompt appointment. The technician that came out was Chase he was very professional he replaced my toilet and cleaned up after.Fair price and great customer service.Even give my 3 year old the company Bear which she thinks is awesome.

Last night as my hot water tank gave out during a blizzard outside and temperatures dipping into the teens and not having hot water was the last thing that I wanted to happen. So I called Superior Comfort and talk to a rep and she explain the process to me during this stressful moment , and she made me feel very comfortable from the get-go and as she said in a timely matter they came out first thing this morning and employees of superior comfort Joe L , and Tyler O’Neal came out to replace my hot water tank and was fantastic. They arrived on time, explained the whole process clearly, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. It's rare to find such high-quality service these days. Ignacio Medelez III was very friendly and knowledgeable. When both my kitchen sinks were clogged and nothing we did worked to unclog I had to call a plumber. I was expecting a $300+ bill and a huge repair but he was able to fix it quickly and much more reasonable than I expected.

Chase and Ken were at my home for a leak in my bathroom ceiling. They checked all the possible issues from going into the basement, to my bathroom upstairs and even a “craw space” under my sink. They found the root of the leak and quickly fixed the issue left by a previous plumbing company prior to me moving in. They were there on time, really nice guys to work with and quick, took care of most of it while in my lunch break! I would highly recommend either of them for your next service needs!
