Call for emergency repair due to ice strom, replaced drop line. Picked up immediately on a Saturday. Completed repairs and upgraded system professionally same day. Will reccomend.

I was worried about how much it was going to cost to have an electrician come to the house. I called Bob at 10pm he talked me through the issue how to get power back on. He was fast and friendly. Thank you so much!

Mr. Thompson was prompt, with short notice. He is knowledgeable, professional and interactive (teaching). Electrician's Helper for a day. The work is exceptional, he even policed (cleaned) his work area. Mr. Thompson is also a stickler for cosmetic detail. The service was worth every dime.

EXCELLENT service! Breaker Box was arking...1 guy promised to call me back, never did. Left messages for 4 other electricians, none called back to even say they were too busy. Called Bob Thompson Electric! He answered his phone, I explained our situation and he came out same day as promised! He fixed our problem and I am ever so grateful! My husband is a disabled Vet with bad heart and it was very hard on us (seniors) keeping a generator filled with gas and cords all connected to essentials. God bless him for going out of his way! He has all our future business for sure!

Bob is the absolute best! He saved my house from an impending electrical fire, a possible electrocution from a plug that wasn't grounded, and a mess of wires everywhere. He's very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely my new electrician! Thank you Bob

Extremely professional, high attention to detail and just overall did an among job where they went above and beyond. Bob is also a great teacher and really explains the situation to you. Great electrician with fair price! Efficient, professional and friendly, and he keeps everywhere clean after he’s done his work. I noticed the only negative comments on him is about he didn’t call back. Actually, he is an very experienced electrician who mostly only work by himself for more than half century. In his sixty’s, he is still working by himself and supporting family and being a good husband and Dad. I understand, he is very busy and looks like he only keep everything in his mind or write down on a small notebook. I guess sometimes he just forgets to call back. Why not just be a little bit patient and more proactive if you are looking for a real electrician? I am sure, you won’t be disappointed about his work. And you will be so satisfied to have him as “your guy” in the neighborhood.

My 91 year old mother in law's furnace wouldn't turn on. The furnace guy traced the problem back to the fuse panel. I called Bob and he came by that evening (he was on a job when I called) and got it working. We really appreciated his quick response and reasonable price.

Water was coming into my circuit breaker box from my electrical line outside. I called Bob last night and he came out and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He came back today and he replaced the line. He did an awesome job and I recommend him for any electrical problem you may have 👍👍

Bob was efficient, and kind and courteous. He trouble-shot the problem (dead short and faulty circuit) and had it fixed within an hour. He thoroughly explained all he was doing so we could understand. We will definitely be calling him again if needed.

Good honest electricians, who helped troubleshoot basement light fixture and switch not turning on - they found out the neutral wire was not connected from a previous reputable electrician's work. I had called the other electrician prior, he came out and said a new line was needed, didn't bother checking their own work or just looking to make more money ($$$). Bob Thompson Electric also helped replaced the bathroom exhaust fan, with a quieter one that I had purchased. Relatively quick work, and reasonable rates - good guys.
