Brett the initial contact was courteous and professional. Joe was the one who replaced my hot water tank in my mobile home, went out of his way to find the correct hot water tank for a mobile home from Detroit to Sterling Heights. Worked 8:30 to 2:45 just on getting everything right and cleaned up after. Who does that kind of customer service anymore? Would highly recommend.

Called for a quote on a furnace Humidifier gave my information to the lady who answered the phone and never received a call back. Very disappointed guess they didn't need my business 😒

Emailed them when my a/c went out , was told they would contact me shortly. Never got a response. Called the next day and no one picked up the phone. Don’t waste your time.
