Great service. They offer furnace and water certifications for rental properties and send the report to the city for you. Mitch was professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Apollo.

We got a furnace tune up with Apollo through a DTE rebate program and were very pleased with our experience! Mitch was very thorough with his inspection and gave us tips on how to care for our furnace.

Apollo did a great job installing a humidifier on my furnace. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Apollo!
***5/7/24 Update: I had Apollo back to do a tune-up and the tech did an awesome job! Jason was very professional and went above and beyond to educate me on everything he did to keep my system operating at its best. I’ll be sticking with Apollo! You should too!

Jason did an outstanding job getting my furnace running. He was prompt, personable, and transparent. Will definitely recommend.

Mitch performed a fantastic check of our furnace, checking every part and showing us the results of the combustion and efficiency. Very prompt and went straight to work and detailed in every action. A true pleasure. We would definitely be excited to have him back if we have any issues in the future.

Mitch was very thorough and checked and cleaned all the systems in my Carrier high efficiency furnace. I thought he did a fantastic job. I have been very happy with Apollo Heating and Cooling.

Within 1 hour after calling, Mitch the tech. Showed up fixed the furnace in no time. He explained everything and ran safety checks. I was waiting for the sales pitch to as why I needed a new furnace right away! Witch never came!! I will call Apollo and request Mitch next time I need repairs.

Scheduling was easy, fast, and friendly. Technician Mitch called with estimated time of arrival. Mitch was polite, professional, diagnosed, explained the reason for the Carrier Infinity furnace alert code. Based on this first time service call to Apollo, we plan to have Apollo do our yearly tune-ups and service.

Very professional from start to finish. Jason quickly diagnosed the issue(s) with my AC. Knowledgeable and efficient. Gave several options on thermostats and some other suggested modifications. All the parts on the truck. Reasonable price. Highly proficient and would call them again without hesitation.

My thermastat wasn't reaching the temperature i wanted and jason came and fixed my issue. Even though it was simple hes a complete life saver and gave me an amazing quote for a new job I plan to soon have done by Jason of course. Our furnace stopped working during the coldest part of the year of course. We called Apollo and they were at our house in under an hour Mitch diagnosed the problem and then confirmed with me that I was ready to go ahead with the repair he replaced a faulty blower motor and the whole repair was done in like 2 hours from the time I made the phone call I will definitely be using Apollo again in the future. I had Mitch as a technician for a Carrier furnace tune-up. He was very professional while being friendly. I have had another company for years come in and do it, but they have never did such a great job as Mitch. I never heard a vacuum being used before until Mitch did. They'll be getting my call in the spring for an air conditioner tune-up!

Our water heater stopped working right before a winter storm came in, and Jason was able to get it up and running again quickly and easily! He explained what was broken very clearly and provided some helpful tips on how to optimize the system!

Jason !!! Did a excellence job ,changing out my oil ,plugs and tuning up our full house generator. Jason has been servicing our generator for the past 10 years.
