Miron was great.My heat was caput, they came same day, on a Sunday too!, He explained everything to me. Professional, Would hire again.

Made the appointment, lady on the phone was super nice, and understanding! The tech Miron came out to fix my AC unit. He was super quick and officiant, did an amazing job.

Dave and the team at A Plus heating and Cooling did a great job installing a new furnace and AC. A tenant had an issue with a water leak from the utility room. Teo came out immediately and confirmed the exhaust piping was incorrect and the furnace was at the end of its useful life. He was able to get his team out that week. They did a great job and finished in one day. They were clean and tidy. The tenant is happy. I highly recommend them and will use them we need HVAC work done.

Great & fast service with decent price!
My heating system did not work & I had an appliances service plan with consumer Energy, the technician came & explained that 4 parts need to be changed ( main gas valve, limit switch, pilot assembly, fase link). I was informed that they need to order those party & they could get the heating system fixed by Monday, I explained that I have 2 children (4 months old & 3 years). They said there is nothing can be done, I even called consumer & complain but they could not do anything. I had to call A plus heating & cooling & a technician came & inspected the heating system & found that only one part needs to be changed which is the pilot assembly, he did get it & fixed the heating system in less than half an hour.

I had misplaced my AC cover for the winter and called them up to see if I could buy another one and they brought it right to my door today! These guys came in to fix my gas fireplace and knew exactly what they were doing and were the nicest guys ever! I highly recommend them to anyone!!! I give them an A++++

Called with concerns about our air conditioner. Scheduling was easy and fast. Tech came out the next day. The technician arrived on time, checked everything out, answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. If I have problems in the future, I'll be a return customer.

Update 6 months later:
Needed help with my furnace this time, so I called again. Same as last time, the person helping me schedule an appointment was very polite and made the process easy. Tom D came out to inspect my furnace and I'd give him 6 stars if Google allowed it. He was respectful of our home, polite, patient with our very nosy dog, answered all of my questions, and helped educate me on my HVAC system. And, of course, he addressed our issues and walked me through what he had done before he left. Very happy with the experience.

Dave was on time and very honest and informative. He came in and fixed the issue with the air conditioner promptly. I highly recommend using their services. Also the women who answered my call was also very sweet and patient.

To sum it up in one word: The professionals
We had multiple technical issues with this unit and the technician handled the job in very professional way. Very knowledgeable in the subject matter!
I might have to add one more comment, besides being very professional and courteous, they are very prompt in responding to our calls. Faster than Amazon 😀

Henry (Joe) was great! He did an excellent job explaining how my furnace could have been malfunctioning and was very thorough when fixing the issue.

They lived up to their name. Truly A Plus work. Needed a whole new system; A/C furnace and water tank. Shopped around for quotes and they came in better than the others. On top of that they were able to schedule to get the work done quickly. Their team showed up at the time they specified, they were friendly, worked clean, and didnt mind me asking questions as they were working. Got the entire job done in one day. Above and beyond expectations. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!
