Responsiveness was exceptional as Pat was at our house within 45 minutes from when I called him. After analyzing our water heater he provided the options available to us and let us make the choice we deemed best for us. He installed the new water heater within five hours from the time I called. He provided a thorough explanation of what he did and also explained how to drain the water heater. He removed our old water heater and left the area in good shape.

Fast, friendly, fair pricing and very informative! Can't say enough about these guys! Not one of those plumbing companies that walk in and say "yep, you need a new one". They we're here within hours, tell me what was wrong and quote it! Also had no problem checking out my bathroom issues at no extra charge! No, they didn't tell me I need a New toilet either, they fixed the part that was broke!!! We live in Macomb County area of Michigan but there also heading up north (at NO CHARGE) to quote air conditioning at our cabin.

Pat is the best. He's always fair and let's you know your options without pushing you to do expensive unnecessary things. Never had any trouble with any of the work he's done. Ive used him for several projects at several houses and I will always use him in the future.

Called out of the blue and explained my issue. He was wrapping up a job and said he could be over within the hour. He was, checked it out and straightened it out. Very pleased and good work and affordable.

Referring to the actual person doing the work vs just mentioning the company name speaks volumes. Pat is easy to work with, professional and provides timely service at a fair price.

Patrick was fair honest and did the job on a Saturday. He just happened to be in the neighborhood and he said that he would stop by and take a look. Didn't mention any thing about money, you all know the 80 bucks to come look at it. HAPPY CUSTOMER!! You will not find to many people like this. I will use again when needed.

I called PM Plumbing to have my main water valves replaced and they coordinated with the city DPW to shut the water off and was able to get my water meter updated at the same time. Very professional, arrived on time and the work only took 1 hour from water off to water on. I highly recommend PM Plumbing.
