We were happy with the quick response by Fawn River when we discovered our Generac light was yellow after being checked by the service man. They came out immediately and solved the issue.

They are always very prompt and fix my issues right away. Highly recommend!!!

Wyatt and Butchy came out on short notice to remove some birds from my furnace return and their nest from the fresh air intake. Very timely and professional, highly recommend.

Jaden was the one who came to fix my A/C. He was really wonderful & knew exactly what he was doing. I can't say enough about what a nice young man he was. He got the parts replaced & put back together very quickly. I hope if they ever need to call them again, that Jaden is the one to show up. He's very professional & very friendly, which you don't see often. It was an all around very pleasant experience having Jaden come!!

I can’t say enough how satisfied we are with their services!! We had a unique boiler project which made it difficult to quote. It took longer to complete the project then what they had anticipated however they never tried to find reasons to charge us more then originally quoted. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We primarily worked with Butchy (yes, I spelled that correctly 😆) who is very knowledgeable with HVAC. He is trustworthy, honest, and punctual. I highly recommend Fawn River Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!

My first time to call them came during the extremely cold weather last week. My regular service provider was out of town, and I took advice from a friend to call Fawn River HVAC. The lady was so polite on the phone, and assured me a service tech would be able to help me that same day. About an hour later, he was at my door, found the problem, and fixed it. He was polite, professional, and efficient. What a relief!

Fawn river replaced my old furnace when my old one went out. They had a crew out very quickly to do the replacement. They made the drive to edwardsburg and had the work done much faster than I anticipated. They were respectful to my home and kept everything just the way it was when they showed up. I highly recommend this company. Do not think twice!

Fawn River HVAC LLC provides excellent service! They saved us when our air conditioning unit wasn't working. They were able to get us in the same day! They should be your first call when something goes wrong!

Recently had my A/C serviced by Wyatt, one of their technicians, and couldn't have been happier! I had gotten a quote from a different company to replace the compressor (that they said was dead), and said it was a minimum $4600 for them to replace. Wyatt with Fawn River HVAC came out and took the time to do a deeper dive into the problem and found out the compressor was fine! He found the real problem and had it all replaced and up and running for less than $1000. These guys literally saved me thousands. I could not have been happier with their service as they went above and beyond to make sure the real problem was fixed AND for a reasonable rate. HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone in need of HVAC repair, replacement, or just tune up!
