This company is amazing, they were able to fix my appliance, I will highly recommend the technician and the company, he accurately diagnose the issue and fix my washer.

Best appliance repair I have ever experienced. Recently mu dishwasher went down. Called Taylored and Mark was there the next day. Accurately diagnosed the issue, order parts onsite and was back in a week to install. Works like a charm. Mark has fixed my clothes washer and refrigerator in the past with similar experiences. I recommend and will use exclusively in the future.

Don’t go here. They’ll tell you they can fix it on the phone and get your deposit only to call the next day and say they can’t.

Called the number and checked out the website. You get a call center, and giving them the westland zip code, they say they don't service this area. Not a real local business

They do not have a walk-in location anymore their location map shows you a restaurant and have not corrected it so I would call First and not be like me and drive to the place and end up at a restaurant

Never again. Did not come on the day originally scheduled. When they came they said they didn’t know the part number and it was an easy repair and I should just buy the part and do it myself. I paid $60 for nothing. Rip off!

I live in brownstown and called to schedule an appointment for my washer. Literally down the street from Taylor, Mi. I was told the service technicians have been suspended indefinitely. Update your listing to say you don’t fix washers if that is the case.

The repair man had an attitude, seemed like he didn't want to be at my house, hardly looked at my appliance. Sat in his vehicle for most of the time. Also did not come with shoe covers. This is probably a wonderful company that he works for but unfortunately I'm judging a company off of the repairman

If i could give ZERO stars I would. We had a repair done in December. The dryer still made the noise it was making before the repair but it was heating up again. Then 2 months later we are back to the se nonfunctioning dryer. We called to have them come back. We were told there would be a fee again but then they did say it would be covered under warranty but parts are not so since the same problem happened we will have to pay for the parts. That is all fine but they apparently dont keep parts on their trucks because just like the first time we had to wait for the part to come in before they can do the repair. We were scheduled for the tech to come back on tuesday and i had nk phone calls, texts, etc from the tech or company. I called in well after our appointment window and the ckmpany acted like they didnt know we had an appointment. Then said they would call the tech and call me back. No call back happened. I waited a few more hours and called back again they were not helpful and they do not know how to run a business. Im pretty sure the woman answeing the phones is working in a call center somewhere and this is not a legit company. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Guy came out to give initial estimate and then told me to call him directly for the follow up repair and now he wont return my call. The initial diagnostic coat is supposed to go towards repair but i cant do that if they wont call you back. Effectively scammed me out of $70.
