Literally every worker here (and especially management) is an unhelpful, self-congratulatory a-hole and every experience I have had here has been more than unpleasant.

Not happy my sales men was not paying attention I didn't feel like he understood what it was he was selling

3 examples of how bad the counter men are: had to request 3x an email quote, before they would do it.
They tell me what voltage a unit is & I have to take out a photo showing no it's a different voltage.
8-in flu cap for B-vent, they don't know what that is over the phone: I have to drive there & talk to them in person to get this simple part.
Lastly it's real hit or miss on whether they have coffee.
