I had Livingston Building Solutions construct a lean to on my garage, while replacing the entire roof on my garage. Excellent quick scheduling, listened to everything I asked for. I will definitely have them back for more improvements around my home.

Excellent quality work and great communication. We had a garage fire that caused damage to the siding on our house and 2 windows. The weather turned very cold and snowy leaving the side of our house exposed. They quickly fit us into their schedule to prioritize the protection of our house. It was 20 degrees or less and windy while they worked hard all day. They replaced insulation board, siding, and the windows. The project didn't take more than a couple days and it looks better than it did before the fire. We are very happy with the work they did and there was absolutely no mess left behind. This company is local and charges fair rates. I will gladly hire them for other upcoming projects we have.

They came a long way to build it and I can’t tell you how much appreciated I am.
They were respectful and kind and they knew the job that needed to be done!
