We had our thermostat stop working. I called the company and they made a visit within an hour. Yaz was extremely professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also made some good suggestions. We are extremepy happy with the service. They charged us very decent amount. I would recommend them to anyone and we plan to use them again in future.

Yaz was wonderful! When I called my warranty company for a heating issue, the initial company contacted couldn’t come out until next Monday, so they contacted Ultra Climate Control and Yaz was able to come out the same day. This is our 3rd time working with Ultra and Yaz. We finally needed our AC unit replaced instead of repaired. Yaz is professional, courteous, and timely! Hopefully, we will not need any repairs for some time, but if we do we will definitely be using Ultra again.

Ultra (and their employee, Yazeed, specifically) was recommended by someone whose opinion I trust, and they lived up to my high expectations: They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and, most importantly, seemed honest. Given the positive experience, I’ve asked them to prepare an estimate to replace both my furnace and central A/C.

My air conditioning went out late Friday evening. I called and they answered the phone right away and even though they were booked for several weeks because of the heat wave upcoming they managed to get me in and get me fixed on Saturday late in the day worked until almost 10:00. Best experience I ever had with heating and cooling service!

I was looking to have my furnace and ac replaced and already had two quotes and had a third one scheduled. Ultra Climate Control Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job installing my new furnace. I had originally called them to get a second opinion late on a Friday evening. Yaz called me back immediately and put an appointment on the books. After coming out he took me through his inspection and gave me overview on why it was necessary to get a new furnace. He was much more thorough that the other company had been, was upfront about pricing and didn't try an upsell me on something I didn't need.

This was during the holiday season but he made sure to get everything installed quickly so i didn't have to worry about the old furnace going out. I would highly recommend Yaz and Ultra Heating and Cooling and plan to use them moving forward vs the more advertised companies out there.

Very quick and helpful. Came out on a holiday weekend and was able to go through, troubleshoot multiple options until the correct one was found. Talked to me about what was going on and steps that were being taken. Fixed the issue the same day.

Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. I contacted Yaz and I explained the issue I was having. His team arrived to our appointment on time and went straight to work. My AC did not work last week in the very hot weather. I tried to call some 24X7 service and was scheduled to the end of June. I tried to figure it myself by checking the breaker, filter and thermostat. All my work failed. I searched AC repair near me on google maps when I went to bed with frustration. I filled in the form and texted randomly. However I got the response at once from this company even at 11:00pm.

I am not the person without patience and like to bother people. My 80 years mom lives with me and I can’t imagine how she survives without a working AC at 90 degrees.

He scheduled a morning visit and arrived on time. I assumed it was lack of refrigerants but it was not. He changed a capacitor and everything resumed. The charge was reasonable and he is reliable.
