Jennifer was great to work with. After an unforeseen emergency, she was still able to move things around and schedule me on the day I needed. I needed a deep clean so my house would be ready for showings and they definitely exceeded expectations. Would use again in future

Hired Metro Maids to do a huge deep clean on my dad's house. House hasn't been cleaned in over 5 years and he lives alone. The company came out for a quote and then completed the job within a timely manner. My father was really happy with the work.

Got my first deep cleaning today, and the results are amazing! My tub is finally WHITE after having a dark spot on it for the last year, carpet is nice & fluffy and my house smells fresh. Great service and cannot wait to get more cleanings done in the future.

Metro Maids have been cleaning our home for over a year now. Erin is great! She takes it to the next level, "mom clean," and it always shows! When she brings in new staff to train, her attention to detail, pride, and commitment to detail really stand out.

Kathy with Metro Maids is amazing! She is the kindest woman, and would bring a smile and a good laugh to my day. She always cleaned and my office and the desk area thoroughly and would be sure it was to my standards. Truly incredible to see not only great attention to detail in her cleaning work, but also to the great lengths Kat would go to disinfecting high traffic touch points to ensure all people were limited in their risk of germs during a pandemic. Kathy always has a wonderful bit of knowledge or a fun story to share and always leaves a sparkling clean path in her wake.

Taylor and Erin are the dream team! Taylor has cleaned our home before, and done a wonderful job, but the combo of her and Erin were able to get things done quickly and efficiently. They were wonderful and professional, entered quietly while I was working from home, and gladly did the little extras that make getting your home cleaned so wonderful. Jennifer, who is the owner of Metro Maids, is always communicative and makes sure that our cleaners have a full list of what to do in our home, but I was so impressed with Taylor and Erin that I wanted to thank them by name!

Taylor cleans bi-weekly and she is the best at what she does. She has been cleaning my house for almost 2 years. I never have to worry about everything being clean, it just is. Metro Maids is top notch service, Jennifer (the owner) is very easy to work with.

Another excellent day with Kristen cleaning Mom's house. She is amazing....Mama is always so happy. Kristen is excellent with making sure she gets all the main places too...that mom looks at !!! She's very friendly and Courteous. She has been with us the past few years and we are so glad!! Happy we joined the Metro Maids !!

We have been using Metro Maids for a while now. Erin is FABULOUS!! She always goes the extra mile to make sure every thing is cleaned the proper way. Erin is very sweet and friendly. She is also very good with pets and children. I have used other cleaning services in the past and Erin is one of the most professional, detailed and all around a wonderful person!

Definitely recommend Metro Maids! Erin has cleaned my house for over 6 months now. SHE IS AMAZING! She is so friendly & always does a great job! Erin will ask if there are specific areas to pay extra attention to. So glad I found her!

Both girls were so professional and did such a great job for us. We had a BIG deep cleaning job for them after letting things get away from us while I was laid up after surgery and then a broken leg. My house is completely reset! They paid attention to every detail, even the ones I hadn’t thought of. I cannot recommend Metro Maids enough!
