Dellen at Action Plumbing and Mechanical (AKA D2 Wood Boilers) is just straight-up awesome. I bought a used outdoor pellet boiler from Craigslist, and purchased some pex and Central Boiler accessories from Action Plumbing.

Throughout the entire process he was patient, helpful, and I felt like I got just as good of service as I would have gotten if he'd been the one who originally made the boiler sale. He readily answered all of my questions, and tracked down a copy of the boiler's manual for me. He even let me borrow his pex crimping tool free of charge. I could not have been more impressed, and I highly recommend him.

Friday morning (of course) - winter - tankless water heater takes a header. Action was able to fit me in between jobs. Fantastic! Thanks to Mitch and especially Phil for the going the extra mile - literally!

Needed immediate service due to no water. Called another company and they were booked out 2 weeks. Called Action and spoke with Rachel who got a service tech out to me within 15 minutes. Technician was very friendly and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. I will use and recommend Action to everyone.

Called several places before hearing about Action plumbing. They promptly came out to help with vent free gas fireplace line. They stayed to be sure I had complete understanding of how to work it on my own and that the flow/use exceeded my expectations. Very pleased! Thank you Action Plumbing.

They changed out a gas valve on my new hot water heater that was under warranty. I provided them the labor authorization code, and they came out within just a couple of hours. Phil was super nice and done within an hour. I live about 50 miles from their location, so I was grateful that they still provided service that far away. (They were the only "authorized plumber" that the manufacturer gave me that actually answered their phone.)

It has been great working with Dellen and Matt. The work done on our bathroom and kitchen has been excellent and the team has been punctual and professional for each visit. Would highly recommend using them for any plumbing services!

I am very grateful to Action Plumbing, who unfortunately had to visit me twice in a week for two separate issues. Rachel was kind and empathetic to my situations, and both Matt and Drake were knowledgeable and worked efficiently. The price was very fair and I will be calling them for any future boiler issues.

Had multiple service calls for warranty water heater. Drake was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also repaired sub pump that reasonably priced for repair. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs and services.

Great service

These guys used cheap parts at my parents house which have cracked three times. Owner refused to respond.

My landlord is cheap so maybe that’s why but every time I had a service with them. Something else was now wrong. They’ve had to keep coming back and frankly it’s really annoying. Had different plumbers every time and they all never fix the issue or make it worse. Sorry had to say it cuz now I’m annoyed
