Superior Plumbing was super responsive and up front with all the information I asked for regarding the installation and upkeep of a new tankless heater. They'll definitely be getting my business again!

Where to start... My husband and I are not knowledgeable in the plumbing department to say the least. We’ve had a week of plumbing issues (older house/pipes and the freezing cold Michigan temps). We had a pipe burst and water going everywhere inside. Superior was amazing in getting here and fixing it. Another pipe burst-same week. Superior was also amazing in fixing that as well. Last but not least, we had another pipe issue in our well pit outside. (We could have cause some of this due to our lack of knowledge). Nonetheless, Superior came to our rescue yet again. Not only did they just come out to help but during a Michigan blizzard! We are SO thankful for Superior and the help (and patience) they’ve shown us. Seriously a great company! I truly do not know what we would’ve done without them! Thank you!

I guess they got the job done but I didn’t feel good about having the guy in my house. For one he shoved my 14 year old 3 legged dog that was just sitting next to me. The dog has trouble standing and he could have waited the 30 seconds extra for him to get up. (Dog was never near him while he was working only while I initially showed him the tub). He was short, left a mess, scratched the tub and didn’t ask before cutting into drywall. I know the builder hired him but he could have checked with me first.

Horrible customer service. Very short on the phone and rude. Explained water dripping from my ceiling due to a leaking pipe. Zero care or urgency to help come to a solution after explaining this is an emergency. I’ll never recommend them to anyone. **Please avoid**

According to Allen Edwin, Superior Plumbing was the Plumbing contractor for our house that was built in 2020. They installed a broken toilet flange, and didn't properly glue a piece, so sewage has been slowly leaking from the main bathroom for the past 2 1/2 years. Unfortunately it's past the company 1 year warranty, so I had to pay $450 for another Plumbing company to fix the issue.
