Selective Carpet has come to our home 3 times! We love their services. Whenever I call to make an appointment, it is really easy. They travel from Westland to Royal Oak, which we really appreciate! I've had Select Carpet Cleaning Company clean my carpets since 1990 and they have always done a thorough and extremely affordable job!!!! Perfectionists and they care about your carpet !! I have dogs and everyone that have come into our home can't believe how beautiful our carpet look! Our carpets smell so nice and the best 👌 part is that S.C.C. does not ever leave my carpets soaked! As for them using a special steam operation which cleans it beautifully and leaves it looking like new!!!! Once again Selective Carpet has gone above and beyond with their service. My dog had peed multiple times on my carpet, nothing worked to get the smell or stain out. They came out & were able to get the smell and stains out with no problem! Very good pricing, will accommodate you in any way they can and the cleaners are very friendly. Highly recommended !

We have used Selective Carpet cleaners several times over the years at different properties. They always leave my carpet looking fabulous and leave everything smelling great. They truly go above and beyond and provide the best service. They are also super friendly. I am very pregnant and could not be more pleased with how good my furniture smells after they finished cleaning it. Would highly recommend them!!

We have had Selective clean our carpet and/or upholstery several times over the last few years. It is a family owned business and that really shows positively in how they relate to customers. Jason & Cody consistently do a fine job and the prices are reasonable.

Well the reasons the quote so low is because of the horrible service they Do . Had my carpets cleaned on Friday , today is Monday and my house stinks to high heavens . Kim the owner tells me it takes a few days for the smell to go away ???? Really ??? Then she tells me I can buy this spray till they make it down, I can buy what ?!?!?!? I just spent 88 dollars to get carpets cleaned ??? She proceeded to tell me how i was rude and can’t believe I run a business . All this while telling me she will send a crew down to re do my carpets , I said after five please I work and already took a day off for this once , should of been completed the first time right . She said I said between 3 and five and then said “know what I am done trying to help you !!!! “

Maybe she shouldn’t give lessons on customer service to me ——- if 88 dollars and bad publicity means that much to her I will gladly pay someone else to do the job right . Don’t be fooled by the cheap amount , sometimes you get what you pay for !!!
