Highly recommend this company. I called for assistance as my air conditioner was acting up. They arrived within 1 hour of my phone call and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes of arriving. Muhammad was the technician and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. The service fee was also very reasonable. This company will definitely be my new go-to resource whenever HVAC support is needed.

Terrific customer service, in particularly with their Parts Supervisor Sara. The package shipped with UPS was lost on the Canadian side through no fault of their own. Dealing with UPS is just a headache. Sara reassured no matter what that I would receive this package or another and it was no big deal. Service like that knowing that a potential problem will be fixed immediately is just A++ customer service.

First I was drawn to Technical Hot & Cold Parts due to their price for an ignition board I needed, and the fact they shipped to Canada. Not really easy to find this actually. Shipping and using Technical Hot & Cold Parts saved me thousands on a new Furnace. Everything is working great and fine.

Had a fairly major failure where the evaporator blower motor burned out and stopped while the compressor was still running, setting off smoke alarms inside, melting portions of the outside electrical shutoff box, and damaging the breakers. I sourced the motor/capacitor and other electrical parts locally, and on restart discovered the fan hub was spinning in the fan wheel, which sounded terrible. Ordered a Carrier replacement fan wheel, part number LA22LA014, which was matched perfectly to the evaporator model number by the search tool on the THC website.THC is the only site I could find that identified the correct part to fit my evaporator model number. Overnight shipping was awesome! It gets **hot** in Texas, so I’m very happy to be running again!!!

I have a 35 yo tempstar 9000 that wouldn't cycle ventilation fan on for several minutes after combustion started, in fact; combustion was automatically terminated because of this.

Initially,there was a disappointing lag in getting a reply to my interest in having a complete furnace/AC system replaced which kept me "on-edge"due to concerns over getting into the "busy-time"of the season, however that all changed when I received my quote and the work began.I was completely enlightened by all the attention to detail and professionalism with the crew,.all my questions were answered,they didn't mind my "spot inspections",even my "helpful suggestions"(I think they were forwarned), regardless I have not felt this happy about a service in decades!, would (and will) recommend Technical Hot/Cold to others.
