Went downstairs to wash clothes and found water all over the floor!! No idea where it was coming from.. but found out it was the storm drain!! Called Robert at Root B Gone..asked him if he could come out to the house!! He said he had other stops but would fit me in!! Best call I made!! They were professional and friendly.. completely satisfied the issue.. ran a camera thru the line.. showed me some issues but never over sold me to send a snake thru!! Great service and great work!!

I think we found our new Sewer & Drain cleaning company!! We called our previous company, who we have used numerous times and no response! But George from Root B Gone returned my call right away and came out the very next morning! They shared with me exactly what they did & found. Brian & George were super nice and cleaned everything up perfectly! I highly recommend them to anyone needing those services!

These guys are awesome had an emergency tonight which is a Saturday. Called them for an emergency fix at 6pm by 7 they were at my house fixing. Very professional and super reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for the hard work

Great team helped us out when our tub dial would not turn off. Ended up being a much bigger job to stop the leak but they persisted through the frustration and finished the job! We are super grateful and no more leaks, thank you guys!! Good people!

First out of many local plumbers to arrive on the day and time he said he would. Had tried 4 other plumbers scheduled them to come by and they all ghosted me. Robert and his team did a fantastic job at an amazing price, especially in a tight space (I have a crawlspace). They were done removing and reinstalling a busted pipe under my house within the day, and even removed and replaced a section where multiple pipes joined as it would soon fail, without raising his initial quote. Which is unheard of and amazing seeing as how I'm working on limited and borrowed funds. I will be reaching out to them for all my future plumbing needs and telling others.

These guys were awesome! Our pipes were backed up and they came out asap to check things out. Cleared our pipes momentarily until they could get out here with their hydro jet and were done within an hour when they fixed the problem for good! Very friendly people. Id recommend them for any of your plumbing issues.

Ok this review is overdue but I felt that I have to write something I don't usually review anyone as one encounter in my opinion is not enough to judge someone work.
In this instance though I have to praise Robert and Jason if I recall the names correctly for their work and dedication to get to the source of the problem and solve it. I think I made some friends that day we had a great conversation and this crew will be the only company to take care of any of our future plumbing concerns. Great job.

After calling multiple plumbers that never shown up, i called root b gone. they came in a timely fashion and they were honest, they informed me that it wasn't my main drain clogged it was the drain on the roof causing the toilet back-up. because it was freezing weather they had to come back in better conditions. The came two days later and my problem was solved, quick.

Most amazing crew ever. He heard the uneasiness in my voice when I called due to having another company out less than a week earlier who stated problem was solved. NOT! They came out for an emergency at 1030PM. Managed to unblock drain did a camera view and diagnosed and solve the problem vs just putting a bandaid on it. All for a decent price. He took the time to explain everything to me. Will forever be thankful for the good work and ethics they had. I will recommend them to everyone I know from this point forward.

I was having issues with my toilet flushing in Westland, and Robert and Brian were able to come out and worked with me to schedule an appointment that worked for my busy lifestyle.
They tried several methods to figure out the problem we had, communicated all options to me before beginning, and were very kind and friendly while they were here. It took about 4 hours total, after snaking outside and inside, using an auger, and finally using settling on flex shield before pulling out more tree roots from underneath my toilet than I have ever seen!!

I would recommend them to anyone with any type of plumbing issues, after seeing the lengths they went to to solve my problem!

A return customer through and through. These guys always come to Ecorse in a fast, timely manner. And do fantastic snake work on the problem areas effectively and at none too high a price. I recommend to everyone if you’re in a pinch

Robert came to our house in Lincoln Park within the time frame he quoted us. He ran the snake through the drain and then the camera. That showed us all of the roots growing that were causing the drain to back up. He came back the next day as we agreed and ran the Hydrojet through the drain to get rid of all the roots. Ran the camera again and it was clear. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Had an issue with my main drain for a week was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. Called this company an within an hour he was at my house. Very honest about what was needed to be done fixed my issue an was very reasonable on his price! Will definitely be my go to plumber for now on. Thank again yall!

Robert is great to deal with. His communication is fantastic and his work was done on schedule and with quality. He ground out some roots and hydro jetted flushable wipes that have almost caused backups at one of my houses in Redford. I would highly recommend Robert for his fair pricing, transparency, and quick service.

Absolutely amazing. Our basement drain was backing up and we were at a loss. Another company had been out and the problem was not resolved. Robert and Brian were informative and helpful. Called last weekend because of a basement drain backup. Showed up in 45 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very reasonably priced. I have put their contact info in my phone because I will use them for my plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend.

I have called Robert now at least four times. He is always very prompt and very responsive. I got very tired of calling people who wouldn't call me back or didn't seem to care and it's very nice to find somebody who always calls you back usually within minutes or seconds. He conducts his business in a professional and fair manner and as long as I continue to have plumbing issues he will be the person that I call. Being a landlord is tough when somebody's calling you with a water emergency and he never fails to come through for me. I really appreciate him. Give him a call.. you won't be disappointed at all.

Rob and Paul was amazing they came on time snaked my drain that was over flowing cleaned up and had showed me the problem I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done great job fellas I’m happy
