They were amazing from start to finish. Got a call that they was on the way. Very respectful of the neighbors garage and mine when taking the complete tree down. Cleaned up everything very nice. Will be recommending them to anyone that needs a tree removed.

If everyone portrayed this level of professionalism, life would be so much easier.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan. Very well-natured and high spirited guy. You can tell he knows his stuff. Was quoted an unbelievably good price to remove a huge, dying sycamore tree from my front lawn which was shedding all over my lawn and roof.

Their receptionist was super friendly and called me twice in the days leading up to their scheduled services to address any questions or concerns. When the big day came, a well trained team of over 12 men tackled this goliath of a tree in around 5 hours.

The cleanup was even more impressive. It's as if this tree never existed. Bryan even educated me on taking care of the space where the stump used to be and how to treat the ground moving forward. We will be using the mulch for a large landscaping job we have coming up!

I highly recommend their services. Their pricing is great and their work speaks for itself.

I had a good experience with these folks. They were fast to come out and give a fair estimate then quickly get back and complete the work. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Amazing company! We had the company come out and give us a quote on about a 60+ year old Silver Maple tree. They were the only company willing to show us they were licensed and insured from the beginning, and they by far had the best quote! Scheduling was a breeze, even doing it on a cold winter day. The tree removal was an amazing process to see. The tree was carefully taken down in sections. After the tree was down, the company cleaned the property like they were never there. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you need a large tree taken down. Amazing customer service from start to finish!

I had a tree stump that was not as dead as I had presumed when purchasing my house that had grown up a lot over the last couple years, so I reached out to PPM Tree Service & Arbor Care. They were very polite, professional, and very quick with getting the quote and came out the next day after accepting the proposal of services. They finished the job quickly and even cleaned up a bit of brush that I had piled up without asking. Excellent services, would recommend.

The office staff provides outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Steve did a great job explaining how he would tackle the repairs on my damaged arborvitae during the assessment visit. The crew that did the work was excellent! Tory was patient, knowledgeable and resourceful. He listened to my concerns and together we were able to come up with a great solution! Primo's input and fine work were also well appreciated! Tory answered all my tree-related questions and provided great advise on how to further care for and manage my other storm-damaged trees! My husband and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of tree service!

AMAZING!! From my first phone call to the final guy picking up the cut wood, what a First class company. Their pricing beats every other company in the area. What a great group of guys!! The crew came out and did an excellent job trimming many of my trees. They got there before 8 a.m. and were done by 10:30 a.m. This included the trimming and fixing DTE's and my trimming hack jobs. I would recommend their service to anyone. From the time I contacted them, I had the walk through and estimate, and the service scheduled and completed took only a couple of weeks. I also felt that the cost for the job was reasonable.

We purchased 2 face cords delivered to our address. The wood is well seasoned and is really well mixed hardwood. Burns really well and hot. It was split at a smaller size which is nice. A little dirty but otherwise excellent and some of the best I’ve ever purchased from anyone.

Scheduler kept me informed. Crew is very professional. Very pleased with service.

We are extremely pleased with PPM tree service. Our newly bought house had a huge big tree and three other trees at the wrong spots.We have PPM tree service help to remove them. Steve is a very nice guy, he understands what your requirements and help you to make the decision. Very professional and knowledgeable. Steve is amazing, responsive and showed up on time to assess and send out an estimate. The crew showed up later that day -as promised- to take care of the branches that fell as a result of the storm.
Promo, Tori, and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job with the removal of the problem branch, trimming the tree, and cleaned up my driveway after the job was completed to satisfaction.

During the storms last week, we lost a large Maple tree. We called PPM and they were incredible. I called when their offices opened at 9am. Quoted and completed by 6pm. The crew did a fantastic job of removal and clean up. They made a stressful situation much more tolerable. I would use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job on my tree, it's hard to find a company that doesn't just want to cut it down. The price was very reasonable. Very friendly and professional but they still had a sense of humor. I will use again when needed.

Can's say enough good things about PPM Tree Service & Arbor Care for tree trimming and removal! They were friendly, reliable, professional, and were very skilled at their job. We had some very tricky trees to cut down, and they were very careful. They did the job without damaging the nearby neighbor's landscaping. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to others!

I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could! They worked with such skill and confidence that they made it look easy. They cleaned the area all day as they cut and did a great job when finished. They have amazing equipment, great customer service, and just the best attitudes. They were doing work for the house next door and just fit me in, same day. The price was a great deal.

PPM did an excellent job trimming and removing trees! They were very quick and inexpensive. The PPM team was professional and and considerate. The entire experience was great!

I have used this service twice now. Last year for tree removal and This fall for tree trimming. I was most worried about the tree trimming because I have seen sooo many hack jobs. They did a fantastic job. All of the crew were polite and friendly, but most importantly, the trees were trimmed and groomed properly. They look great. Couldn’t be happier with the work and choosing PPM Tree Service.
