We had difficulties with our HOA that caused delays in the installation. Bathfitters made all the accomodations we needed until we could get to installation. When the install happened they installed as contracted. The installer was courteous and did a great job. would recommend highly.

Wow cant say enough our shower is beautiful. Craftsmanship beyond my expectations! Marcus English our installer,is and excellent craftsman. I recommend Bath fitter for your your needs.

We converted our tub to a walk-in shower and bathfitters did a beautiful job. One man came in and completed the transformation in a day and a half. The shower is exactly what we ordered.

Great, thorough job. A lot of unfortunate issues came up and our installer handled each one and fixed everything! Our bathroom looks amazing and it’s a pleasure to step in to our shower every day! Their customer service has been excellent and their attention to detail is superb! Would definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with their work. The company was efficient they came when they said they would. They installed the unit in one day. All staff were personable and courteous. The workmanship and Quality are top of the line. I am very happy with my bathtub/shower unit. The only drawback for me not having done a second bathroom was cost. The cost can be prohibitive to a project like this.

So far so good! We are very happy with the finished product. We went with one of their more basic shower surround and tubs to cover up a bad tile job and old chipped tub from the previous owners. We waited about a month for the materials to come in. An installer came to our house when we were told, was very respectful of our house and was able to get in and get out within a day. This was the first time we ever heard of Bath Fitter so we were not sure what to expect as far as price. It was a little more than we thought it was but, again, since it was the first time hearing of this company, we did not have much to base it off of. What sold me was the ease of not having to remove tile and our tub. They were able to install everything overtop. I am so excited about the modern finishes and how easy it is to clean. No more scrubbing mildew and mold off of cracked tile. I will give an update if anything comes up. We are only a couple weeks in of having it.

Ralph came to do a warranty service on our tub/shower combo (5-6 years old). Ralph was absolutely exceptional!!! He was so kind, professional, clear, thorough, punctual and explained things to me in a way I could understand. We cannot say enough positive things about Ralph, thank you!!

Beautiful tub and shower replacement with walk-in shower. Installer did a great job.

Very professionally done by the installer, Lonnie. The two days he was here he was thorough in his work and also with his cleanup, After the job was done, he explained how everything works & how to keep it clean! Definitely, will recommend Bath Fitters to anyone who is looking for a walk-in shower!

I just had my bathtub replaced with Bath Fitter, the technician who completed the job was McKennen. He did a fantastic job and was very nice, fast and thorough. He explained everything well to me.
