Fast and efficient! Tim and Jake were friendly, polite , It was definitely pleasant experience. We had so much fun chatting. They were very personable and had such great personalities. We really enjoyed have them in our home.

I booked an appointment because I had Roots in my main drain and my basement was backing up, NSP had this sorted the next day. Nate gave me multiple options on what service they could do, to work within my budget.
Very happy with the service! 10/10

So far, NSP has provided a project estimate. Seth was awesome! He listened, did a walkthrough, looked at options, and provided a timely cost estimate (a very reasonable estimate, I might add!). Will be moving forward with this company - locally owned, great people!

I had a water line freeze & break. NSP was so friendly and able to get out a technician that day. It was an emergency. I couldn't have asked for more personable, prompt and technicians who explained everything. I would definitely recommend this company. Keeping it locally owned.

Had Tim and Hudson out to repair some seized up pipes. They got the work done quickly. Also had Paul and others out to replace the water heater. Work was fast and they cleaned up completely, afterwards!

Josh with NSP came out on an emergency call on a late Sunday night to address a cracked pipe. He was able to professionally assess the issue and fix the leaking pipe. Also provided me with great information about the process and how to prepare for the future to prevent the likelihood of pipes freezing in cold winters.

We noticed a leak under our laundry sink a couple days ago, today we had Nate come out and we had a great experience. Nate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick and efficient and explained everything thoroughly. This is the fourth time weve used NSP and they’ve been great to work with!

Very easy process to schedule a technician to come out and look at her sewer line that was backing up The technician Brittan was very knowledgeable and got us going in and a very reasonable amount of time was also very upfront about the pricing for the different options that we could’ve done and told me the pros and cons to each of them

I called NSP Plumbing when I got home from work and they sent somebody over the same night before 5:30. Nathan P. was the technician that came over and he looked over and showed me step-by-step. Everything he was gonna do for me. Great Customer service!! Would definitely recommend NSP Plumbing to everybody.

Josh and Jake were awesome! Fast and efficient but also professional while providing high quality workmanship. Had a brand new water heater in a couple hours and everything is working perfectly!

Overall the experience dealing with NSP has been great we’ve used them twice now every time we need something they are there and they’re also very respectable and knowledgeable on the phone and the guys in person are always funny and personable so it’s just nice to deal with a company that treats you good.

Brittan has helped us out twice with some plumbing issue in our home! Always very respectful, insightful and helpful! I could not recommend him enough!

We called in the morning of New Years Eve. At 2PM, Paul and Dennis came to address our issue. They were professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. It took them a very short time to fix our plumbing issue. And the fee was very reasonable. WOW. We are SO pleased with NPS. They will be our first call for plumbing issues in the future. We contacted NPS to complete a commercial sewer drain scope for us (we are a business in the Detroit area). Madie answered the phone and helped me seamlessly get things scheduled. Cam was our on-site tech and he was thorough and professional. The service was affordable as well! I would highly recommend NPS to businesses and individuals.

Josh was fantastic. He explained in detail everything he was doing. He got the problem fixed with speed and precision. He also went above and beyond to explain my style of water heater to me, which was really helpful! He was awesome, kind, and very knowledgeable about the service.
