We had a mysterious basement water leak. Specialized Plumbing came two days in a row to solve the issue. They were honest, seriously worked it from all angles, friendly, and I highly recommend them.

Brian has been to my house several times to repair water leaks and to replace a toilet. He has always arrived as soon as he could, and is work is top-notch. Always my first call when plumbing issues arise at my house.

These guys were wonderful! Attention to detail was unmatched, and they cared about the project and our family very much. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our water heater was leaking and starting to flood our basement. Brian came out the next morning and replaced the water heater with a new one, and in less than an hour we had hot water again. Thanks for the quick response.

They don’t ask for a phone number when they take on a job and they can’t return a simple phone call! Definitely not satisfied and would not recommend them to anyone! We were so tired of getting an answering machine with no return call so we went with someone else!

Brian came to my house and gave me a quote to install a project. He started the project and did half of the work then said he would come back the following week to finish up the project. After that, I could never get a hold of him after that. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple text messages. I paid him for half the work he did hoping you would come back to finish the rest. After three months of chasing him I gave up and I’ve had to go onto another plumber to finish the job. It’s disappointing as I wanted to support a small local business and I thought he would do a great job. I would not recommend him.
