Lakeland heating has been fantastic company to work with could not recommend them more. When I needed my furnace replaced they did it in a timely manner and took care of all the rebates. Recently needed a warranty issue with my thermostat and they were out within 30 minutes and had me back and running. Quality company with quality service.

I contacted Lakeland Plumbing and Heating on a recommendation of a friend, we had no history together.

In the initial call Jerome asked me to describe the issue and then asked if we had checked into items that are easy for the homeowner to check.

Jerome arrived on time with his tools in hand ready to work. The diagnosis and repair took less than an hour and our boiler has been running perfectly since that time.

Jerome was friendly, helpful and professional. We will use Lakeland Plumbing and Heating again.

Jerome came out on a cold Sunday morning and took care of a boiler issue for us. He also was very helpful in showing us a simple tip with a small tool that he left us to get the system moving in the right direction if this happened again. Fantastic experience with Jerome and his team. Jerome was beyond gracious with his time in trying to help me over the phone before making a service call. After trying a few different things, it had become clear that my AC and furnace needed to be replaced. Lakeland was able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time without applying 'emergency' charges. New unit is as advertised and working better than the old system ever did. The install crew was very clean, quick, and professional. They also offered a financing package that can't be beat. I'm glad we found Lakeland! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We are very very happy with Lakeland Heating and Air. Our air conditioning stopped working Thursday night and by 3 pm Friday it was fixed. And this was immediately before a heat wave over the weekend. Jerome is wonderful.

Jerome was very professional and spent a ton of time walking us through our options and answering our questions. He registered our products and handled the rebate forms. He spent time on the phone walking me through some thermostat questions as I wasn’t able to be here at the time of install. They laid down tarps and we’re very unintrusive during install! We had other estimates and his was the best! He never pushed for add ins! Great experience! Highly recommend!!

Lakeland heating replaced our furnace and AC three years ago. Service was the best I’ve experienced and the pricing was competitive. Had them back last week for a new HRV and Jerome had it installed within 3 business days. I highly recommend Lakeland Heating and Air.
