These guys are great. I have used them in Emergency issues and Daren has gotten right over to look at the problem each time. Never an issue and they always get right on it and taken care of the same day. Used them for hot water heater and furnace. Will continue to use them.

I will never use anyone else for ANYTHING hvac ever again. These guys were one of the most professional people i have ever worked with. The project was somewhat big and they worked all hours of the day and night to get it done. They understood how important it was and were very aware of the time frame. Little Igloo used every resource they have at their disposal to get the unit i needed at a affordable price and EARLIER than everyone else. Needless to say the city inspector was very please with the work and signed the permit with flying colors. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.

I had a tiny, almost imperceptible leak from a pipe near my furnace. They spotted it during a routine check and fixed it before it became a major, disastrous problem. Such proactive and brilliant foresight, they saved me a huge headache!

Made several attempts to get estimate.
Must have plenty of work, never got back to us. Will find another HVAC Company

He comes out to give a quote then ignores phone calls and text messages after. No communication, very unprofessional. At least tell a customer your can't/ won't do the job, don't just ignore because now I am writing this review. If a contractor can't perform basic communication, they should not be trusted to complete a job.

I had called for someone from this company to come fix my gas leak in my baseman. I found out after the guy was taking the pipes apart that he was not certified or licensed to do the job because I had ask him if he was certified. Does anyone know if being certified is required by law to do any repairs on gas pipes? I would definitely be more careful next time and I would not work with this company again.

After talking me into letting them come out and give us a quote after we did we were going with another company.
He came out . Sold it real good we decided to choose them instead. We had a leaking waterheater so time was of essence. He never called backed with a quote. After 3 days I tried calling wouldn't pickup my calls. Finally called s
ST.PAUL number. Said he would have them call me. He did said he had an emergency job and would sent a quote out. 2 weeks later still no quote.
Not a good way to do business.
