We've had Aqua Wizards out twice now and they are amazing. Matt made sure we had all of our options laid out clearly so we could make an informed decision. He is super personable and professional. He replaced our old toilet super fast and made sure to show me all the features when he was done. We've found our forever plumbers. If you use them, I'm sure you'll love their work too.

My water heater was leaking. I called on a Monday at 7:00 p.m. I had a call back within an hour. An appointment set up for the following day. I had also asked for a referral for heating.

The water heater team was out the following day by 11:00 a.m. and replaced by 3:00 p.m. the referral that they gave me for the heater was out during the same time. So impressed with this team as well as their referral partners. I will definitely be saving this contact information!

10/10 highly recommend as a single mom first time home buyer I felt very educated and informed and while taken care of.

Great experience start to finish! Communication was prompt, service was prompt and the individuals that came out were very pleasant.

They were very kind and showed up within a few hours after calling them. I have 4 kids and having a flooded basement and no running water was very stressful. They immediately came in and got to work and fixed the problem within an hour so we could get to work restoring the basement and have water returned to the house. I’m very appreciative. Plus they have a great warranty.

From Jason the owner to Brandon who came out to the house, the team was excellent. They were responsive and respectful to our needs. Although we didn't go with them for our project, they will get a call in the future when the need arises.

Showed up when they said they would. Was friendly, efficient and professional. Provided an acceptable quote. Will definitely call the next time I need service.

I had a new water softener and home filtration system installed last week by Aqua Wizards and am very happy with it. I met with Brandon who conducted a test to ensure we were getting the right filtration system installed, versus selling me something that I didn't need. I am super happy with the new system. Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. He returned the next day(today) and was on time and did an excellent job of replacing the plumbing under the sink. It looks great and gives me a lot more room under the sink. Brandon was very personable. Would highly recommend Aqua Wizards!

This was my second time calling Aqua Wizards for repairs. They did such an awesome job replacing my water heater 3 years ago that when I discovered a leak in my main water line bringing city water into my house, Aqua Wizards was the first and only repair service I thought about. They sent out a repairman, Matt, who was one of a pair that installed my water heater and he did a fantastic job again. They are knowledgeable, their work is top-notch, they give you the information and pricing of best scenario to worst scenario so if he discovers a more complex repair needed halfway through the repair, you already know why a bigger, costlier repair is needed instead of being blindsided halfway through that it will cost $2000 instead of the $500 first quoted. That sticks you with having to pay the amount as it has to be repaired at this point. Matt at least gave me time to think about where I can get $2000 instead of thinking in panic mode. Matt repaired the leaking pipe that will help in future repairs. I will need more of the pipe replaced when the city has already informed me they are replacing my 42 year water meter with a newer model and will require a new shutoff valve. I chose to wait until required so I have time to build up my budget. At this point, I would pay whatever they asked for (within reason :) ) because I have trust in what they tell me, know the work is quality, I get value for the cost, they are punctual and clean up any mess they made. I can't say enough about Aqua Wizards.

The crew at Aqua Wizards was fantastic! We were hoping for a short notice toilet and bidet install, with a water supply shut off valve replacement, and they came through. Super nice people from first phone call to finished project, and the results were perfect. We will absolutely use this company again!!

These guys were super quick to come out, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to teach me well beyond my initial issue. They resolved my water backup issue and gave me several options to help me moving forward. Price was reasonable and I have some assurance because they are properly licensed and have a long warranty on their work. Also, they are veteran owned and as a veteran myself I knew I could trust that they have integrity in what they do. These are my new go-to guys for everything plumbing related. Thank you!

Have used AWP twice over the last year and had the same technician both times. He was extremely friendly and quick with his fixes. Always gives me options on fixes, from least expensive to the cost of an ideal perfect fix. The cost were reasonable considering the typical costs for plumbing fixes. We will continue to use AWP for our future needs!

Jason’s team was very attentive and did a great job on my bathtub install.

We were replacing the pipe in our home on a Saturday when something went wrong with the main shutoff valve. We weren't sure if we could get the water turned off so we called for an emergency plumber. The guy came out and was really nice. He gave us some advice on how to complete it and was very understanding. Really great experience!

These guys are awesome. Brandon shared a lot of knowledge with us that was worth every penny we paid on our invoice. As new homeowners, we’ve never had to deal with a plumbing issue. Thank God we found Aqua Wizards! Brandon determined our issue may actually be due to our septic system. Instead of charging us thousands for repairs we didn’t need, Brandon was very honest about our situation and recommended we call a septic company before continuing any of his own work. We need more service businesses like this!
