Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowlegable.. They do great work and have good products. They cleaned my ducts with a camera so they could be sure to get everything. They showed me how it works. They protected my carpeting very good. The clean up was very good. They cleaned my dryer vent. I would highly recommend them and if I need anything I will be calling them.

We just had a technician out to repair our AC and the service was EXCEPTIONAL!! We love being able to support local small businesses and we won't use anyone else now.

My furnace went out this past January and was very cold out. Called them and they were here the next day. Installed a new furnace and was warm with in hours. I would recommend this company for everyone.

Joe is awesome! He came out within 24 hours and walked me through every possible fix that I could make. Loved his knowledge and professionalism! He fixed me problem and gave me some long time solutions, next time I need an AC fix it's nice to know I have someone honest I can call! Thanks again Joe!!!

I had gotten a new furnace and air conditioner, no problems, fast install. Then my grandmother and parents used them when it was time to replace as well, no problems whatsoever. Definitely would recommend for service or of you are in the market for new.

I had water pooling at the base of the furnace. The tray below the A
Coil had filled with sediment and water was running over the side. The repairman removed enough sediment by hand,so it stopped. They installed the Furnace ,Water Heater and a Goodman A/C Condenser years ago. I have always found them to do excellent work in a timely manner.

Fast, friendly staff who made my whole insurance experience from the hail storm a couple of years ago stress free. After they finished, they even called to follow up the same day and a week later to make sure my HVAC was working properly. I highly recommend Air Comfort!

AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I called eight other places closer to me about an hour north of the metro and they were booked out 3-8 days. Found Air Comfort and was surprised they serviced all the way up in Isanti. Not only that, but they gave me a window that a tech could be here within three or four hours. He arrived in under two hours and solved the issue within 30 minutes. I believe his name was Jim. Very friendly. The appointment schedule was also friendly and called to give about 30 minutes notice of when he would arrive. I will be using them for all heating and cooling business. Highly recommend.

We first had our ac go out in late July with out of town guests. We had a brand new ac installed and cooling the next day! The very next year our furnace went out on New Year’s Day, it was super cold, and again we had a new furnace in the next day!!
They are super fast and fair priced!

From the time I called to the time AC was installed was less than a week. Air Comfort Heating took care of everything from the permit , installation, service and warranty questions. Highly recommend their products, services and employees.

My furnace stopped working as the weather began turning cold. I contacted Air Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. They inspected my furnace and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the furnace needed a new board which they did not stock. Air Comfort ordered the part and loaned electric room heaters to me which kept me comfortable until the board came. Once the part arrived, they scheduled installation at my convenience. Air Comfort provided me with quick and courteous service that fit my busy schedule. The cost was exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. They went above and beyond by providing electric heaters to me at no cost to keep me comfortable. I highly recommend Air Comfort for any heating or air conditioning needs.

Air Comfort replaced my old furnace, A/C and humidifier with new models from Trane. I found their sales rep to be honest and knowledgeable. The Trane system has been in place for over 5 years now and I have had no issues. The only maintenance required is cleaning the filters and changing out the evaporator panel in the humidifier. I am happy to recommend Air Comfort and Trane equipment.

Great team of heating and air conditioning specialists. They did a great job replacing both the air conditioner and the furnace. The installation was fast and professional. They spent a lot of time explaining everything they were going to do. All that and the price was the best I could find.

Great overall experience. I would highly recommend them for any repair or installation. John really helped us choose the best AC unit for our house. And he didn't try to push any extras on us. We will be using them to upgrade our furnace as well.

I would highly recommend Air Comfort for any of your heating and AC needs! We originally chose another company to install a new furnace and air conditioner and it was a complete disaster. The first system would never pass inspection and had to be torn out and completely redone. We refused to allow the other company to do this and instead chose Air Comfort to come to our rescue! Jim (the owner) helped us navigate the entire process of getting the other company to allow Air Comfort to tear out and start over even before we had a contract with them! John (sales) was with us every step of the way, even showing up on install day to make sure all questions were answered and everything was going perfectly. Our installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and went beyond their call of duty to help us rectify the problems created by our mistake in choosing someone else first. Air Comfort is competitively priced - coming in at about $1,500 LESS than our original company and we received higher quality equipment. Air Comfort is a small company who truly cares about and depends on your satisfaction!

Called Air Comfort Heating late last night because our furnace stopped working. They answered the call and the lady explained the price difference between emergency and regular service. I opted to wait until the morning and was able to have someone out to look at the furnace right away. Joe came out to diagnose. He found and fixed the issue very quickly. Price was told to me upfront and very reasonable. Air Comfort has earned a customer for all my future needs and would highly recommend!

Fast, efficient and friendly service!! Joe came out to diagnose my furnace problem, went to get a new part and got it installed within a couple of hours. The furnace works like new again. I was quoted a very fair price to repair the furnace up front. This stressful and frustrating furnace problem was solved so easily by making the call to Air Comfort.
