Our technician, James, was very professional and thorough. He was on time and was great with communicating what he did in the tune-up.

Was referred by a friend after bad experiences with another company. They were able to get scheduled right away. The technician arrived promptly and did a fantastic job! We’ll be going with Liberty in the future!

Shane was courteous and professional. He repaired leaky PVC pipe and educated me on regular maintenance items that need my attention. 10 out of 10 on face to face customer service with Shane. He is a real asset to the company.

Jon, Chris and Zac are very professional, quick, knowledgeable they got the job done in a timely manner. They never tried selling me something a didn't need for this GE 2 stage Ac condenser. This is the second time I have had Liberty Comfort Systems to my house, the first time was in 2019 for a new furnace, I was deployed and the furnace quit working in the late fall and the wife was in a pickle. She called Liberty and they immediately got things going the next day. I highly recommend Liberty to do service on any household problems and needs.

When you wake up on a Monday morning to a very cold house, you hope it isn’t anything horrible. Unfortunately, I found out that I would need a new furnace. Thankfully Jim the owner of Liberty Comfort Systems was able to come out that day and give me a quote on a new system! Jim listened to my concerns and what I was looking for! He gave me honest feedback with his recommendation for my house. If you want someone who hears you and knows the ins/outs of all things HVAC, he is your guy! I cannot say enough good things about this company. My furnace went out, of course when it was very cold. When they learned that I was a senior woman who lived alone, they jumped through every hoop imaginable to get a new furnace installed in my home by 3:00 the same day.

Liberty Comfort Systems of Anoka provided an incredibly fast response time to my need for a new water heater to replace my leaking one.
