I have used Superior for years for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. They are always prompt and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Kelsey is awesome and make sure I am satisfied with their service.

The team from Superior Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical that came to our house to replace an old furnace that decided to quit during the coldest week of the winter was top notch! They arrived on time, put on their orange booties to keep the house clean and took their time walking through the work they were going to perform. They worked quickly and when they were done, cleaned up and hauled all the old duct work and furnace away. I highly recommend Superior. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

I have always been happy with Superior's service. I have their service package so they call and remind me to schedule yearly maintenance on my furnace and AC at a convenient time.

There was some difficulty with the installation of my new AC unit that required a few return trips. Whenever I called they were very prompt and had someone out to address the problem the same day. They got it fixed and I am very pleased 😀

Just completed an install for furnace and AC. Great service from Pat and Chris. Started around 8:30 and it was completed by 3:30 in the afternoon. Very professional in every aspect. More then pleased!!

Huge shout out to the plumbing team, they did a fantastic job! Our kids broke the tub drain in the basement bathroom, it was so clogged drain opener wouldn’t do anything. Superior arrived same day, un-clogged the drain and installed a new one, and was gone in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

We use Superior for a small electrical project. Chris did a great job, everything went smoothly and we will definitely use them again.

Recently had our furnace replaced and subsequent to the furnace installation our air conditioner was serviced. In both operations the personnel were professional and the jobs were done without any problems. In sum, excellent work and reasonable cost..

I can’t tell you how refreshing it is that there are still honest companies out there! Superior Heating came out for my furnace problem and found the issue and repaired it. They did not try to upsell me anything and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Superior Heating and will use them in the future.

Years ago, my brother, a civil and industrial engineer advised me to find a heating/cooling/air, electrical and mechanical business and stay with them. Best advice I ever received as a homeowner.
For two decades I have relied on Superior, in Anoka for everything from routine HVAC maintenance and replacement to mounting a Frame TV, to duct cleaning and more.
Kelsey, who greets, advises and connects customers to service is among the most effective ‘first contact’ employee I have encountered.
Today Patrick completed fall maintenance on my furnace. We discussed options regarding its replacement. The knowledge and skill he brought to a maintenance check is noteworthy. The experience only reinforces the trust I place in this business.

Superior is absolutely amazing - they were able to explain all of the possible circumstances of what could be going on in great detail (before even making a trip), talk us through all of our options with zero pressure, and get someone on site within the hour. Everyone was extremely friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend contacting them!

This is the second time I've called superior for my furnace needs. Both times, they were quick to respond and got me on the schedule right away during winter (specifically Christmas time). Both times (4 different guys, including interns) they were extremely respectful, honest, transparent and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate the added educational information that they are willing to share, because I'm always curious to know how everything works or is supposed to work. They never push me to upgrade or pay more than what is necessary. They always inform me of my options, which allows me to choose what will work best for me, my budget and my home. They are quick to get the job done, so they only charge what is necessary. I've been very impressed with their professionalism and care for the work they do. 100% would recommend to others.

Superior installed A/C & furnace at our old house so we knew who to call when the A/C conked out at the new one. These guys are responsive, polite, & patient (explaining problems) combined with being great with dogs. They’re also respectful of carpets by always wearing boot covers. We are so comfortable with them I would give them my garage code at this point.

Chris from Superior Heating & Air (a company i've been using for all my plumbing, heating, and A/C services for gosh past 15 yrs) came to install a new dedicated outlet and changed out a few broken outlets.

Chris was so personable, talked me thru my service request, cleaned up after his work was done and spent a moment saying 'hi' to my dog 😁)

I will continue to use Superior as there is absolutely no reason why I would use anyone else.
