I had a basement floor drain backing up and they were able to come out the same day to get it cleared. They augured out the piping going to the main and, importantly, they tested their work to make sure it was truly fixed. When they saw it still wasn't draining as fast as it should, they took the extra time to investigate and found an additional blockage and cleared that as well. It drains like a champ now and it's one less thing to worry about!

These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! I woke up to a leaking/broken water heater and it was fixed by lunch time. They were extremely professional and left the area cleaner than it was before they got there. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

I was really impressed that the owner answered his phone after 10 pm. He gave immediate advice on how to handle the situation and asked us to call back in the morning to schedule an appointment. I had already left 5 messages with other local plumbers and a week later no one has responded. I wasn't home during the installation, but their customer service is out of this world!

Worked with Terry directly and he was able to get someone out to my home very quickly with a specified time zone that was honored. I was updated the during the process and they took me step by step on what was going to happen and how.

I had Terry Overacker Plumbing install a natural gas tankless water heater in my house. When we put it on the market it was the number one selling feature. We could run the dishwasher, the washing machine and take 5 showers and still have hot water. We built our current house and just moved in. The builder installed a water heater with a tank again. We will be having Terry Overacker Plumbing coming out to remove it and install a tankless water heater right away.

My tub faucet was leaking and had seen better days. The team of two showed up, looked at it, gave me my options of repair or complete replace, and were in and out in 45 minutes.
Very professional, very efficient, and I have zero complaints. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We first tried a different plumbing company that dug into the wall, and temporarily fixed our problem. They recommended the solution of bigger PVC pipes. This sounded odd to us, and when the problem occurred again, I decided that we should call Terry Overacker plumbing, as I had used him in other areas before. Terry was able to come out and accurately assess our situation, and fix it with no problem (and not get into the wall)! This was a great relief for us and he offered up additional solutions that would make our situation even better. Terry is a solid value and I highly recommend his company/services.

We have used Terry Overacker Plumbing a few times, most recently for the installation of a tankless water heater. We were pleased with the service we received. They don't oversell or push products you don't need, they take a common sense approach.

We hired Terry to replace a bathtub faucet that was leaking internally and dripping into the basement. They fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. One of the new tiles was a little bit out of alignment, and they came back gladly and re-did all the tile-work... above and beyond the call!
We were very impressed. They are polite, clean, and thorough. Highly recommended!

I have had occasion to use Overacker Plumbing on several occasions including, just recently, drain clearing and repair. We have an old house with old (1905) plumbing, a lot of which needed replacing. It was done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. I expected quality work and I got it, excellent quality. Would I use them again? Definitely. Would I recommend them to others? Definitely. All the bathrooms needed total replacement and Overacker Plumbing did a great job. I'll use them again (though I hope the old plumbing in the house stays healthy for a little while).
