Great service! I initially called just to get my dryer vents serviced, with the intent of getting a quote for the HVAC ducts for a future date. When they got here, they explained that I save money if I get the service done together, so we rescheduled for a couple days later. Matt & Andy were very professional and considerate of the fact that we work from home and had to take meetings during their services. I would definitely hire them again and will gladly refer them to friends.

Excellent experience. Setting up service call was easy with quick turnaround. Representative (Andy) showed up on time, even jogged to the door from his truck. Got right to work and made extra effort when vent to outside was problematic. He answered all my questions and shared his great sense of humor while getting the job done. I will be using Metro Duct Cleaners again. Recommend without hesitations.

Metro came out to clean our dryer ducting prior to the installation of our new dryer. Turns out our dryer duct was totally blocked. Gavin did the cleaning and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to clear our difficult duct blockage. Look no further, Metro will do a great job! I will use them again!

From start to finish Metro Duct Cleaning is first class. Matt is easy to talk to & answered all of my questions. Once the decision was made to have them clean our duct work & our son's, I scheduled both appointments easily online. Andy, who cleaned both homes, was professional, making sure the ducts were thoroughly cleaned & friendly. He earned his pay & then some. My house has very little dust in it & actually smells fresher! I can’t recommend Metro Duct Cleaners highly enough. Matt, the owner was easy to reach, got me scheduled quickly, he’s so nice, communicates perfectly and let me know who would be coming and when they were en route to my house. Then, Andy came to do the service and was amazing from start to finish. He was so polite, personable, professional and was even so nice to my dog who took to him immediately! He actually had to squeeze into tight spaces and get on my roof and did a flawless job. This was a wonderful experience!

Quick booking with online and upfront fees. Showed up on time and did a good job. You may have to vacuum a bit around your vents after but I figure that means they did a good job cleaning them out. Also it’s a bit loud so keep in mind with kids or if your trying to work from home, but it took the pair about 90 minutes.
