They answered all of my questions, EVERY ONE OF THEM, without any hesitation and, after my dog walked through the freshly poured cement, JR fixed it without even flinching.

The crew was jovial, polite, on time, considerate of my working from home, and very communicative as changes happened.

Driver of truck DOT 1129452, license plate YBY5767 on April 9th, 2026 around 12:50 PM, intersection of 18th Ave/Johnson St NE. Nearly caused a car accident by turning right on a red light (not recommended for a large truck), turning into the oncoming left turn lane and almost causing a head-on collision. Following this interaction, the driver had the nerve to pull around the block, roll down his windows, and start yelling profanity/slurs at me as I was entering my place of work. Honestly embarrassing for the company as a whole, a wild interaction to say the least.

This company is using photos of our home without permission. We asked them to stop and they stated they would only they have now re posted the photos 2 years later! All the hardscaping work and a significant amount of the landscaping in these photos was not even done by this company, it was there when we purchased the home. They did replant our flower beds and the price and scope of work kept increasing, even on the day of install! I requested hearty low maint plants and several of them have either not grown, doing poorly or had to be torn out completely despite being watered and fertilized and tended.
