I call on Wednesday afternoon and talk to Lady about my dryer machine and She told me they can come next day from 9 to 11 and then shop 9 o’clock next day professional and I recommend to everybody this service thank you so much!!

Wow am I glad I called this place. Even over the phone they were so incredibly helpful. They made sure I had all my bases covered on my warranty (which I wouldn’t have known I still had if not for them!) and Jon was able to come out that day and fix our fridge for cheaper than any of the other companies I called. He even walked us through some general maintenance before he left. I will absolutely be calling them again if I run into anymore appliance issues.

My Kenmore gas dryer broke down and I tried calling several other appliance repair businesses first, but nobody had any appointments available until weeks later. That's a long time to be without a dryer in the dead of winter! I called Direct Home Appliance Service and they sent a technician out that same day to take a look. Cassie was able to quickly diagnose the problem and order the part we needed. She was super courteous, fast, and thorough. The part arrived within a week and she immediately came over to install it-- problem solved! The whole experience was extremely pleasant and the repair was very reasonably priced. Some companies (looking at you, Sears) were going to charge me $150 just to diagnose the problem, but Direct Home Appliance Services doesn't employ any of those shenanigans. I will definitely be calling them again if any of my other appliances decide to bite the dust.
