Aaron and Pete did a fantastic job. They had to replace the equipment of our 35-year-old SpacePak SDHV A/C system, which also meant a couple things had to be added or adjusted, from wear-out, updated codes, etc.

They were professional, pleasant, and efficent, and we're loving the return of cold air through the vents.

Install of new furnace and air-conditioning unit, to replace a 1977 furnace. No small feat, but it was quoted incredibly competitively, quick scheduling to get it done, and the installers were very considerate for an all day job. While the doggos were locked up, that cats were not constrained all day, and as I worked from home I was never intending to eavesdrop but they were never loud (other than necessary construction) and were very cognizant of (sliding glass) doors being open closed specifically for the sake of the cats, to which I hadn't even stressed that being a major factor, rather I had just mentioned it in passing.

Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained a lot of things to me. I didn’t know about my furnace.

Our central air went down on the fourth of July holiday weekend and I called the company that installed the unit and they did not answer. Then I called Ideal Air and was able to speak to someone and schedule an appointment. They were able to come out and quickly diagnose the issue. They were able to locate part I needed, which unfortunately was 900 miles away. They were able to have the part shipped and installed in a couple of days. Thank you Ideal Air (Rich and Dan) for getting our air conditioner up and running as fast as you could during the hottest weather to date this year! I would highly recommend Ideal Air!

Great and honest service from Ideal Air. Call Today with a problem with the AC, they show up in less than 2 hours. The issue was well diagnose and the condensación pump was replaced with a New one with one year warranty included. Others will probably charge you more than a thousand dollars. I just pay 320 dollars for everything, labor, parts and one year warranty. 100% recommended!!!

Dan from Ideal Air was excellent. He was able to fix our AC problem, and was very thorough in checking all aspects of heating and air for any possible problems. He went above and beyond a regular service call. Ideal Air was also able to get us in same day, within 3-4 hours of initial call. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

I was completely satisfied with the service we received today - I called this morning and they returned my call within minutes and came this afternoon to diagnose our problem. Our unit is old and we were afraid it was time to replace but our tech thoroughly reviewed the issue and determined a repair to replace the control board would resolve the problem. Ideal Air did an excellent job handling our HVAC needs. Sean thoroughly inspected everything in our older home, explaining the details and providing clear quotes. When he returned for the repairs, his work was top-notch—everything looks significantly better. We're grateful to have such a reliable company nearby. He’ll be back in warmer weather to check our air conditioning, and we’ll definitely be using Ideal Air again!

Very quick and efficient. Knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem. Also able to connect our two new nest thermostats quickly. Very good communication and updates before and after the appointment. I highly recommend Ideal Air for HVAC needs.

Ideal Air is a top notch, reputable HVAC company that has very much met expectations. From the original quote meeting to the installation they have communicated in a very helpful and professional manner. They use a no pressure system, allowing the home owner to make decisions they feel are best for them and their household. Very satisfied!!

Aaron and Nick were very nice, friendly were patient with my dad (92) who ask questions and had to check what they were doing. Just extremely nice. They worked hard and non stop. Great job.

Neededa new water heater. The team did an outstanding job!! Came a day early and we had hot water within a couple of hours. They do great and fair job!

Really, really enjoyed my experience. I did a bunch of research and did a lot of bids for our new furnace and AC. Rich came to my house to do the bid and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and the prices.

On install day, Rich came again and this time was joined by Adam P. Both were absolutely top notch. Both were kind and courteous. They communicated their processes and did a wonderful job. I love the new equipment and I really appreciated their expertise. I’m glad I decided on “just one more bid”, like I told my wife.

Ideal Air LLC just replaced our furnace. Very good experience overall. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. Furnace was not working at all and they were able to get hold of the furnace I wanted and install in a couple days. Would highly reccomend.😀😀

Glen did a wonderful job with my furnace inspection. He was a nice person to talk with and had a very interesting way to describe what the energy efficiency equates to in terms I would understand.
The only thing I had a problem with was the price given to do vent cleaning. A little higher than I thought it should be as I live in a small home with 7 vents and 3 return vents. Overall very pleased.

Quick response to service inquiry. Reasonable timing for replacement. Gave me multiple options with zero pressure for more expensive items. All were friendly and helpful. All followed COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. I am very pleased with the end appearance and clean up. I just wish I New they did plumbing too because I would have used them instead of a different company.

Dan was awesome, honest, on time and had my AC running again in short time. Appreciated that he focused on solving the issue rather than someone trying to sell me a new unit. Great service and I would highly recommend Ideal Air to family and friends!

Zac and Luke came out and were on time and early in the appointment window! They were extremely polite and informative about what they'd be doing and the kind of tests they'd run concerning my unit. After they were finished they provided an in-depth breakdown of the options available to me and were planning on following up with an email breaking down my pricing!
