We had a leaking pipe in our utility room… a real pain-in-the-neck to fix. Another plumbing company attempted to fix it three times, and then stopped coming back when the leak persisted. It was more than they were able to tackle.
Matt K from All Ways Drains worked hard to get the job done - in one day. He made two trips to Menards for parts - and kept at it until the job was done - and done right.
We are so impressed with this team. At one point, when Matt needed a smaller pair of hands to reach one particularly tight spot, he called in John, one of his colleagues, to come by to assist. So professional! So diligent! I highly recommend this team of highly skilled and dedicated plumbers!

From my first call, I was impressed with their customer service. They were attentive to my issue and scheduled me promptly with a 2 hour window. The plumber followed up on his exact arrival time and he cleaned out my sink drain in no time at all. He was very pleasant and shared his knowledge of drain related issues. I also learned about other services that they offer like installations of dishwashers, water heaters and softeners which I will recommend to family & friends.

I always have had great experience with All Ways Drains and today was no exception. Dan was knowledgeable and courteous. He installed two sillcocks and the supply lines for them well before I expected him to finish, and the final price was reasonable. Keep up the good work!

The company is professional and truly offers 24/7 service. We called for an emergency water leak on a Saturday evening, and were contacted within an hour to schedule an appointment for the following morning, which was a Sunday. John arrived promptly on time, calling ahead with ETA. He was able to evaluate and fix the cause of the leak. He was friendly and professional, being careful to take off shoes at the door. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. We would definitely use them again in the future.

All Ways Drains is always the best! They give you a reasonable appointment timewindow, and followup with a more specific time arrival. Their communication is great! Perhaps more importantly is the experience with the service. Their techs are always friendly, caring, professional and above all knowledgebale/experienced. Use with confidence!

We had a backed up sewer line and Logan was able to come out to our house right away. He did a great job of solving the issue quickly and answering all of our questions. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!

We called multiple popular plumbers that say 24 hours on their website but were closed for the evening. They don’t need hero in their name to do the work. We’re so grateful they came out to fix our backed up pipes and kept their word they advertise on Google! Choose All Drain! Don’t call the others!

Dan at All Ways Drains came by to fix a leaking toilet valve. Not only was he able to quickly identify the issue and fix it, but he checked the other toilet in the house as well to ensure it was OK. We also had an issue with the water heater making sounds, and Dan was able to tackle this as well, despite not initially being on the work order. It was fixed and everything is working great now!

He was so kind and professional, and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable. After previous bad experiences with other companies, I appreciate All Ways Drains so much for being transparent and reasonable. I will definitely give them a call again when I have an issue with something. A+++

All Ways Drains are the best! All I wanted was my shower pressure and drain to work properly. I had other estimates and they wanted me to pay thousands to replace my pipes. All Ways sent their fabulous estimator, Doug, and he quoted me a much better price; also explained that if his solution did not work, I might need additional work. Two young, knowledgeable, gentlemen came and fixed my problem. I would recommend All Ways; they have never let me down.

I could not be happier, and more appreciative of Matt and Chuck’s care while they were here. They worked diligently to figure out what was all needed, went out to obtain necessary items (several trips) — all with graciousness and kindness. Thank you so much! I will always use this company (from beginning of my request/ questions with Justin to finished work, all has been seem-less and professional!) :-)

Austin came ahead of schedule, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleared up the slow drain, and gave us great advice and recommendations for avoiding future clogs!

Forget the Hero or the name you always think of (RR)! Call this business because unlike the others, when they say 24 hours they mean it! We are so thankful for Austin who took care of our plumbing emergency! What a great company who keeps their word!
