Jeff checked the furnace and water tank very carefully。His work is excellent。He also told me how to maintain the furnace and told me to change the air filter regularly. I appreciate his inspection.

They installed a new furnace. First class job! Well done! When they left it was so clean on the site around the new furnace. They even helped me put a clothing closet back in place. Thank you guys for the great service.

He inspected the system, made needed recommendations & cleaned everything up well, leaving everything in good shape. Professional, timely and thorough. I would recommend them highly.

The technician was on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and told me right away what to expect in terms of time and cost, which I really appreciated. His exam was really thorough. I firmly believe that a little time and effort now will put off the eventual day the unit needs to be replaced. When that day comes, I'll be happy to have Goodin Heating And Cooling do the work.

We had a great experience with Goodin Heating And Cooling where they replaced our furnaces and air conditioners. Our sales person did a fantastic job of explaining our options ahead of time and listened to our concerns. We had very high expectations for quality and wanted a crew who would take good care of our home. They assured us our expectations would be met or exceeded and to our delight they were. Had an emergency AC outage at one of our daycare centers. It was addressed and noted as an emergency but not taken seriously at all. After 2 days and a weekend of having the AC out, we finally hired a different company and it was fixed within an hour thankfully.

I would highly recommend using a different company. I reached out to them during a emergency situation while our daycare center AC went out which is a school with children as young as 6 weeks old during 80 + degree days. I was told between 10-1pm. They showed up at 345pm, said they fixed it and left.. they did not fix the issue. Called the next day for them to come out again.. Told they would flag as emergency. No one ended up showing up ALL day. Was not communicated that they were backed up or anything. I would have appreciated the transparency so I could look into other companies sooner as it was a very urgent situation but NO.. I called 3 times and each time got a different person, each saying "I will let the tech manager know" but nothing ended up happening.... We ended up using a different company after this mess!! Do Not Use!!

They came out to the childcare center to check on our AC unit on the roof. They did poor quality diagnosing the issue. The AC unit was not fixed and said they couldn’t come back until Monday. We had to have another company come out the three days later and found the real problem. They did not make any effort to help or apologize that their tech did not do their job. Bad service and bad quality.
