Had some flooding in basement, wasn’t sure what was going on, Jose Luis came out to inspect and was very thorough at explaining where water was coming from. Very amicable and patient with me, he made sure I understood everything and explained different solutions that would help!! He was amazing, definitely happy to have had him!!

I want to thank angel and enrique for their great and profesional service. Made my headaches go away from the moment they started and took control of the process highly recommend. Thanks again

First and number one is a huge Thank you to all of you for all you did for us with the house fire. Our home was struck by lightning on August 5, 2024. It was pour rain out and the fire chief gave us two names come patch roof while we decided what to do. We decided on Service Restoration. Our agent Matt with Westfield insurance worked with them before and they had a A+ rating with BBB. They did not disappoint us. It starts with the huge task of cleaning up the home after fire department leaves. We worked with Emily and she cleaned up the home and saved as much as she could, They boxed everything and did inventory of all our house items that could be saved and items that were non salvageable. They were in communication with us the whole time. They us up with corporate housing so we had a place to stay during the process and worked with insurance so didn’t see a build for the townhouse we stated in. Everthing was provided.

Wee then continued with them to our contractor that did the rebuilding of our home with our contractor Jon who was amazing. He listened to our concerns and was in touch with us through the whole process from the rebuild to working with the insurance company. We had asked about things we wanted to change and what was available to us to keep us in budget. I can’t say enough about this team Jon has working with them. From the reconstruction which we raised our living room floor, removed walls in kitchen to make it one big room, to designing our cabinets. He always came to check on the work. Jon’s Moto was I can make that work!!

It’s never easy with a fire. There were many times it was very stressful but Service Restoration made it an easy transition. A huge thank you to all that helped us make this 8 month journey, Jon, Emily, Bridget, Alex, Craig, AJ, Bob, all the cleaners, painters, carpenters etc… Your all amazing,, I would fully recommend them to anyone going through this disaster.

Isaiah J and Leidy S were excellent. Very kind and kept us updated on everything that was going on.

My experience with Service Restoration was better than I could have hoped for.
The mitigation team was professional & did a great job keeping the mess confined & cleaned up before they left.
Jesse went out of his way to make sure that I was informed throughout the process & satisfied with the work each step of the way.
I was especially impressed with Marta from Ruiz painting who painted all the trim. It looks beautiful & there was not a speck of paint out of place anywhere!
Overall, I would recommend Service Restoration to anyone who experiences a loss in their home.

Unfortunately i had terrible water damage from my bathtub overflowing. Fortunately for me angel enrique and their crew got to my property in less than an hour and got started right away with the demo and drying process. Couldnt have asked for a better team.

Communication was excellent, very transparent--how different from most companies these days! My basement flooded and need I tell you how hectic that can be, I felt I was a leaf blowing in the wind. Service Restoration kept me informed every step of the way, I even had to tell them they didn't have to phone me every morning to let me know they were coming out. Wyatt was the estimator, Chad G. managed the restoration, and Bridget Wolf helped me manage the deductible expense in a rational way. Massive job, very well done.

Enrique was super professional and knew exactly what to do about my flooded basement. No stress 100% would recommend to anybody.

Team came, worked quickly, got the fans & dehumidifier placed and came back two days later to find everything dried. Angel and his group were polite & professional as were the team that removed the equipment. Thanks for the quick response

Thank you to Chad, Jess and Patrick on the Rebuild team. They were so helpful and timely with their responses. After our flooring was destroyed by water damage, this team found the same flooring and got it installed in a timely fashion and worked with our insurance company to help cover the cost. Jose and his team were incredible! It made the stress of our water damage a little less stressful. Jose was knowledgeable, communicated well, and got everything/everyone lined up that was needed during the cleaning/drying process. He had Charles and his partner (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name, it started with a D) were just as awesome! They came in day one and two, and did a fabulous job with the clean up and setting up the drying equipment. Loading equipment in and out of my house/basement was a hard and probably a loud process…. But it was almost like they weren’t even here! They were so respectful and polite. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! I am so thankful this team was assigned to our project. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The service is insanely good. I called for an issue and within 5 minutes I was contacted by Jose that he would arrive within 20 minutes to inspect the scope of work. Immediately we worked out the process moving forward and the work his team completed exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent, work ethic to keep driving forward was exactly what my property needed. This is why I will continue to use their services. Always on the spot when we contact them and the customer service always blows us away!

Job got done in a timely manner and professionally done. The staff was friendly and Mr. Enrique made me feel comfortable that the job will be taken care of.
