I am a property manager at a student housing apartment complex near UoM and I adore working with Major Mechanical. They know our building by heart as it is a bit older and we are always updating our property. The team is quick at arriving at property in an emergency and taking care of everything we need. From HVAC to plumbing needs we have always gotten great services and quick response times. If work they did happens to not fix the problem as we trouble shoot mystery problems they always come back to fix it right without additional charges. Major Mechanical feels like a part of our team and we love working with them. Highly recommend to build a relationship with them to help continue improvement on your property!

Major Mechanical is a terrific company to work with. Scheduling with Tori and Marissa is easy and they are always so friendly and courteous. They get me scheduled quick and keep me updated on progress and any potential change if one comes up.
The techs that they send out are knowledgeable and complete the repair(s) right the first time. They also are really helpful and explain in easy detail what they are doing and why. I would, and do recommend Major Mechanical every chance I get.
