Second experience with Vector for electrical and once again providing excellent service. Prompt, courteous and quick to fix for a reasonable price.

Wether it's Riley, Leon, Kevin, and the rest of the great gentlemen Vector Services captures on their team(I'll edit names to be sure they all get their recognition). All very professional and knowledgeable about their industry. Very respectful when entering my space. The conversations had during them addressing minor or major issues in my home are always appreciated since I enjoy learning what I do not know whenever I get a chance from another human. I am very thankful to be fortunate to have had nothing but professionalism from Vector Services since starting doing business with end of last year. Til next time gentlemen!

I called Vector after getting an insane quote from another company whose techs work on sales commission. Trent walked through the house with me and very patiently explained how we’d do everything I needed or wanted to do. At the end of the walkthrough he asked what was most important to me to focus on, and we started there. Vector’s price was literally half the original quote and with materials included. No oversell. Trent and Jason were great and done quick. Fixed multiple leaks, replaced old copper piping, main shutoff value, 2 faucets and a toilet. Very strongly recommend and will call again!

Everyone at Vector Services has been outstanding. In the short period of time that I have known them they have put in a new hot water heater, have found the solution to my air conditioning unit and we're on top of my electrical challenges. They are quick, they are on the spot in most importantly you don't get AI when you call especially when you are operating in crisis. They are nice people to work with they don't ride around and raggedy trucks. They are professional and I found them to be very competitive to even reasonable in their pricing. I have already referred them to two people within the one month that I have worked with them. Hands down if you go anywhere else you've gone to the wrong place.

Eric and the Vector Heating and Air Conditioning team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They took the time to explore all available rebates and tax savings, and even checked if I had Home Service Plus coverage to ensure I received every possible benefit when replacing my system. They addressed all of my concerns, made the small adjustments I requested, and ultimately delivered one of the best systems available on the market. I feel confident that it will provide many years of reliable, trouble-free service. I highly recommend Vector for anyone looking for honest, thorough, and top-quality HVAC work.

Kevin did a great job in reviewing and updating my furnace system. He was very professional and explained what he was doing to help improve ans maintain the system.

Very professional crew on site, multiple installers came to our home to get a complex job done in one day. They were friendly and thorough and patiently answered all questions. We felt like we got a good furnace and AC upgrade at a fair price with a solid warranty and overall excellent service. Highly recommend Vector.

Kevin is so personable and professional! It is genuinely refreshing to have such a great guy working on my furnace in my home. He took the time to explain everything and to ensure that I understood how things work and how to maintain them. We liked Kevin so much, my wife baked brownies and we invited him to sit down and have one with us after he finished with the installation. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I had an unexpected plumbing problem when a pipe under my sink came loose. I realized I had a bigger problem than just the loose pipe when I took a closer look. I knew I needed help, and fast, so I called Vector. I’ve already had great experiences with Vector and their technicians, having had work done in the past, and this time with Justin was even better. Justin’s clear expertise and grip on the problem’s cause and solution quickly put me at ease. He fielded my many questions kindly and effectively, and was upfront with the estimate for cost, both of which I appreciated. It was easy to build a rapport with Justin and having that rapport made me comfortable enough to trust that he’d be fine working without me hovering. This feeling of trust was highly beneficial to me as I was able to do urgent tasks around the house while Justin worked under the sink. He was very respectful of the space and it looked tidy and dry when he was finished with the work. The work itself looks neat and efficient, and Justin explained the process and reasoning for each part fully and patiently. I am so thankful to have my sink drain in working order so quickly and with such a kind person having done the work. Thank you again Justin! And thank you to Vector and the office staff! I talked to a very nice person when I called in for the appointment but I can’t remember their name. Having a friendly voice on the other end of the phone line makes all the difference when I’m stressed out by something like a plumbing problem, and I feel very fortunate that the person I talked to worked to find availability for the same-day appointment. When I’m in need in the future I’m definitely calling Vector! Y’all rock!

Vector had my old water heater out and replaced easy as could be, made navigating my small hallways with the units looks effortless! I want to send a special thank you to Leon who did great and quick work.

Vector is an excellent company. Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the problem with the furnace and options. He was honest and didn't try to sell up.

Kevin was here today to do routine maintenance and was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with a couple issues and was very polite and considerate when explaining things.

Matt showed up early for completion of an HVAC repair which was started by Tareq a day and a half prior. Barely a one day turn around for parts due to it being a Sunday saw the work completed early Tuesday morning by Matt. Very fast, courteous & professional job done by Tareq and Matt as well as Mark in the scheduling/parts aspect of the job .. A well earned 5 Star performance!! A great choice by HomeServe contracting out to a reliable Company!! Thank You!
