Could not be happier with the quick response when my furnace died in the middle of the night. Wayne quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me thru my options and timeline. I went with a new furnace and the whole process took around 6 hours to have heat again. I’ll definitely be working with Modern for future heating and plumbing work!

Wayne went above and beyond helping me. I was nervous in having someone come out and take advantage of me and paying a crazy amount, that sure was not the case. I will definitely be using them again. Great pricing also.

We had a leak in our laundry plumbing and George came out and found the problem and repaired it. George is professional, smart and did a great job.

Our AC unit was struggling to cool the house on a verrrrrry hot MN weekend, called and they made us an appointment to get someone out. Worked with Wayne and he was wonderful, very kind and honest and punctual (was actually here hours earlier than our appointment which who doesn’t want AC working sooner rather than later, pleased with that!) he got it up and running again and gave us a more than reasonable quote for a new unit in the future to give us an idea of what to start saving for, even offered to rebate the cost of this service if this didn’t solve our problem and long term and it struggled to keep up next summer! Great customer service and felt like really looking after us as customers for the long term/standing behind his service. He even cleaned it for no extra cost and added a little extra refrigerant for us to make sure we were set (we have two little babies in the house and I think as a dad himself he wanted to make sure our little family was taken care of) so happy with the service, so glad they were highly recommended to me by the Plymouth mamas Facebook page, I’ll be posting to the ladies there that we had a great experience as well. I called in on a Sunday with a plumbing emergency that was leaking substantial water into the basement. Jordan offered to look at a video of the issue to hopefully offer advice to slow down or possibly stop the leaking. His advice was dead on. Now we’re in a watch and wait state. He saved my basement and saved a weekend premium visit. This isn’t something he had to do. Most companies would not have made such an offer. This is above and beyond.
So this review really isn’t even for quality of service since they haven’t even come out yet.
This is for a general manager and company willing to share their expertise to help get me out of a bind.
